I wish I could give it 2 more stars. Today was my move and expected the name sake 2 MEN and a Truck... I had 2 YOUNG LADIES move my entire APARTMENT FROM THE SECOND FLOOR With extreme heavy, bulky pieces and these ladies did not bat an eye and hit it OUT OF THE PARK all the while being super Professional. These ladies worked their tushes OFF. I have never seen anything like it honestly. I continue to be speechless. These girls rock... change your name to TWO PEOPLE AND TRUCK!!!! Thank you ladies!

Dallas and Mateo were a phenomenal duo, packing and hauling my heavy belongings up to my new second-floor apartment like it was nothing! I had estimated it would take the 3-man team I'd asked for 5 hours. I was thrilled when my estimate was met in spite of being one man short. Thank you, Two Men and a Truck Brevard!!

The experience started off great. We received a reasonable quote and the team that showed up to pack worked to try and help us move before the hurricane was suppose to hit. Day 2 of our move did not go well. We had two teams sent to us. The team that was sent to our new home to unload did a great job of staying focused and helping to unload quickly. While this was happening, my husband informed me that the team that was packing and loading at our previous home was not working very well. Once I arrived, four hours after they arrived, I realized that they barely packed anything. I addressed the issue, but the guys still seemed to not care. The team that was unloading came and tried to make up for loss time. I informed them that we had the cleaners and new owners coming later that day and needed to be done. 3 of the guys really tried to help and one additional guy started to work more as he saw I was upset and I was on the floor packing with my baby attached to me. The situation worsened from this point. Two members of the team got into a disagreement and the guy that wasn’t working all day got aggressive and was using inappropriate language and was ready to fight in-front of myself, my baby, and my neighbors. The team tried to separate him, but he wasn’t calming down. I had to intercept and tell him that he needed to leave my property and told the lead that he needs to leave the job, as he was not welcome to my new home. I reached out via phone calls to two managers and no one answered. I received a text response later from one person. They attempted to help the situation by offering a small discount. As we started unpacking, we found things that were broken. Toilet wand cleaners mixed in with pillows and dishes. Simply not what was expected with paying for “professional service”. I reached out to management with photo included, but I am still waiting for a response. In the end, the movers were still there and the cleaners had to wait on them. They were also still there when the new owners arrived for their final walk though. Beyond disappointed with this experience.

Devon and Blake did a super job. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would hire these two men again in a heartbeat!!!!

We recently moved from Minneapolis to Melbourne FL and I highly recommend the Minneapolis MN team. We started the move with another moving company and we were forced to fire them after the first day. It was end of June and we had to be out of our house by July 1st and were in dire straights, but Two Men and a Truck jumped in immediately and saved the day. They sent a team to move everything left in the house the very same day we called, set up a team to load and transport it to Florida and deliver it on the date we had planned to move into our new house. Everyone did an excellent job and was a dream to deal with. I would have easily given them 5 stars, but an expensive table was damaged in transit and it took over two months for them to find a repair company in Florida that would take the job. We had bought the insurance from them and they paid for the repair, plus pick up and delivery of the table. So after many phone calls and emails from me and the long time it took to get resolved, all ended well. Be aware that because each area has different franchisees, the company wherever you move has no responsibility to help you if something goes wrong.

From Daphne at the front office to Antonio, Don, and Silvester on moving day: I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Their care and professionalism were second to none, and I’ll be calling them again if I ever need something moved.

Unfortunately several cherished items were broken in the move. Some were part of the moved items and one that was not part of the move. The movers were quite annoyed that I wanted to report a claim for the damaged items. They insisted they take the damaged items with them so they could fix them but I refused once I saw wood glue come out as an attempt to repair the marble. After 5 weeks of waiting for claims, they offered $2.50 per pound for broken antique furniture including a rare black marble table (which the movers tried to wood glue the marble back together) and 100 year old glass blown cane. They will say you "declined additional protection" but trust me it was not offered to you. So when they show up at your door on moving day, and have you initial their iPad to start the move....DO NOT INITIAL the "PROPERTY VALUATION" section. Or better yet - maybe hire another moving company. I see some reviews have a response of "we don't know who you are" so here are my details: Claims / 0570 / SO# 80921

Waste of 100 dollar deposit. They were 2 hours late blowing moving plans and timeline. Did not offer any remedy, just thanks for the deposit.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Everyone I had contact with was very professional and helpful. Alissa and the other office girls were great and gave me fast service. They also gave me Three wonderful guys to move my furniture. Juan, Jason and Antonio where efficient, helpful a d very redpectful. Thank you all very much!

Used Two Men & A Truck back in 2010 and called them again for a smaller move (2024). Excellent team of workers and fairly priced. Began an estimate online - simple and easy - received quote - decision made. They've done a fabulous job for us on both occasions.

I could not have been happier with the moving team who moved our office (Classique Properties)to our new location. Dallas and Neal were extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress free move.
