They don't refund. They use ATM debit for your card purchases, swipe the card, then tell you "you've reached your limit", swipe your card again for the amended lesser amount, then never return the higher amount, plus your bank charges you for non atm fees. Customer service(Amanda you're cool, you're job sucks) gives you the run around. Theyll tell you to wait 48 hrs for a return, call your bank, yet none of this happens and youre still short $120. My bank says there isn't ANY RETURN OR PROCESSING AT ALL. BUT ALL OF THE PURCHASES HAVE WENT THRU JUST FINE. STRANGE!
When you go in the store they say "it's not on my books" yeah becuz it's in their pockets.
Nothing you can do. They cash out your money instantly, becuz they can't bank it federally. So you're screwed royally.
Don't use this place. You'd be safer on the street. At least you know where your money went.

Great place friendly employees pretty much well organized. If you call first it's always better to check in. I've had absolutely no problems and only good experiences while I was there. Educational as well. Yes, I would recommend.

The parking lot stresses me out because of the shape and size, and I'm not that great at parking tbh.
Wait times have always been reasonable, and they keep things moving even when it gets chaotic.

They have gotten better went in today and was out with my purchase in 10 mins maybe less. They used to have a big issue with wait times and website updates were problematic, but theyre better now I think they got new management or the new express location in palmbay helped customer traffic evenly spread out instead of everyone going to one location. There's acually civilized people going in and out instead of a full lobby full of uncivilized pissed off people. Thanku for the improvements!
