I went looking to find a hose to fix my Jeep, and was super surprised when Ed took the time to understand what the problem was and how I was fixing it! He then helped me find the right type of hose by measuring the one that fit before and picking the better choice. I ended up solving my problem for 68 cents. Thanks Ed!

I've stopped in a few times. Once to get a few keys cut, and another to get a replacement two-prong electrical cord. They were very attentive and got me squared away in no time.

First time homeowner. I had a kitchen drawer break and brought it in for help. I sat the drawer on a counter and Ben and Bill helped me select the appropriate materials for the repair and even measured and cut a piece of wood for me. This is my second or third time in this store and the staff have always been helpful and kind. I will continue to return to this store for future home issues. Thanks again, guys.

I can promise that I will make it my mission to make sure this place closes soon. The people there are very rude and unprofessional. If I have to, I will pay someone to stand out by the road with a sign to deter customers till the day they close.

Unfortunately I have to update my review. On Dec 22 2023 @ 925am.
I went to pickup an item they had been out of for about 1.5 weeks. I asked the older gentleman at the register if he knew when he was possibly getting more, I got i don't know maybe on the next truck all while glasses deep in his cell phone. Didn't even attempt to try and find out.
I do not appreciate whatever app having more precedence than the job you are at. Work time is not cell phone time, and customers do not appreciate getting no customer service

I was greeted so wonderfully when I walked in to true value by Woody he made me feel so welcome and was so gracious to help me find the items I needed I will be letting people know what a great experience I had thank u Woody for the hospitality

I often skip the orange and blue stores to come and get my supplies from this true Value Hardware because the employees are exceptionally helpful and give a small business feel that is long lost by the others.
