“I recently rented 2 climate-controlled storage units. Since I wanted the units to be side by side, I visited the rental office. The representative who showed me the units was very nice & helpful. But in order to get their first month free special, I was advised that I would have to register online. Unfortunately the web site does not allow you to see whether the unit you want is available. So, I was then advised to call to reserve the specific units I wanted. The telephone correspondent was also very nice and quickly reserved the specific units I wanted.”
“I love U-Haul storage centers. They have unrestricted free wifi access, a community free exchange area where you can leave no longer wanted items for others to make use of and save from going into a landfill and they treat you how you treat them. If you don't leave a mess and are respectful. They leave you to do your thing.Keep up the good work U-Haul. It's great doing business with a company that has common sense.”
“Man where do I start. We started off by blowing my head gasket on my truck on our way to Florida. We made it so decided to rent a sleeper truck to get my wife and daughter back to New Mexico. Casey took care of us. Went beyond for us made sure we were taken care of. Else had issues dropping the truck off at the Albuquerque location.. Casey took over and straightened everything out. “Renting my van went without a hitch. The guy at the desk was very nice and didn't try to upsell me. He did a great job explaining everything. I was done with my truck 2 days early and had no issues returning it early, which saved me some money. For a 113,000 mile u-haul van it was in fine shape and I appreciated that I wasn't greeted by any strange smells. This was way better than my last Penske rental experience.”
“Renting moving trucks and trailers can sometimes be difficult at a few locations. At this location it was really easy. this location was not very busy at all I walked right in and checked in right away. I booked the trailer online about an hour ago. They had me in hooked up and on the road and maybe 15 minutes. They make returning just as easy. And if they are closed already they have spots out front for after hours return. I'd be happy to use this location again it was quiet easy to get in and out of and I took care of me quickly.”
“This is a great location to rent a truck. Gary is honest, helpful and thorough with reviewing and explaining the process and rental agreement. They have actually had trucks on site when needed (I’ve been left holding a reservation but no truck at other locations). Gary even called the day before to confirm the reservation. Top notch service.
The trucks are basic trucks, used and abused, but standard for truck rental.
This location will be my go to for truck rental in the future.

“Customer service is lacking, but overall, it's a decent facility. It's well-lit and feels secure at night, thanks to gated entry and exits. However, the interior layout is somewhat confusing and maze-like, and it doesn't feel as climate-controlled as advertised. In general, it's okay, but it feels overpriced for the amount of storage space provided.”
“*READ THIS BEFORE RENTING IF YOU LOVE NOT WASTING YOUR TIME*Employees here are super helpful and communicative. Great experience with the employees. BUT. Did NOT know that uhaul changed their truck rental strategy to be entirely online, and I am not being dramatic when I say the online check in system is the biggest steaming pile of heaping garbage I've ever experienced. CORPORATE OFFICE!!! MAKE A BACK DOOR FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BYPASS THE ONLINE ONLY CHECK IN, AND MANUALLY CHECK IN CUSTOMERS!!! I HAD TO WAIT 2 DANG HOURS TO GET MY TRUCK, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SMART ENOUGH AND CAPABLE ENOUGH TO CHECK SOMEONE IN. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THEM, I WOULD'VE CANCELED MY ORDER AND TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO SOME ACTUAL TESTING AND FEEDBACK QUESTIONNAIRES BEFORE YOU FULLY IMPLEMENT A NEW SYSTEM, IT'S BUSINESS 101. JFC.”
