Went with my grandmother "just to look" since she was looking to get rid of her '04 GMC Suburban since it's too large for her now. We worked with Ben and he was fantastic! He worked hard to get her exactly what she wanted both in monthly payments and type of car. She is over the moon happy with her purchase! Cannot recommended Ben and their amazing finance guy enough!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought in my car for a simple battery replacement and my car was in perfect working condition when I drove it into the service station. They gave my car back to me with a bigger problem then I had going in. After paying for my battery replacement the service guy Dino told me that the instrument cluster went out while they were repairing it and he told me I would have to pay $1300 to fix WHAT THEY BROKE!? The instrument cluster was working perfectly when I brought it in because he needed it to take my odometer reading. But now after picking up my car I have no gauges or any way to turn my vehicle off. They flat out told me they are not responsible and that I have to call Toyota to handle. My car is now unsafe to drive and it won't turn off. WTF!!!

I took my SUV to get an oil change even though I didn't have an appointment they took care of me. More than a year ago when I had my last oil change they had promised me a free oil change and today they honor It. I wanted to thank my advisor Kyle Arruda for being potentia. He had estimated 45 minute wait time and it didn't go over. I will definitely continue to service my Rava 4 with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone.

Go anywhere but here! Condescending, unprofessional, and inconsistent. Don't bother with an appointment, a tire rotation took 2 hours! Although later explained the "courtesy " wash was to blame.

The service at this location has been the worst I have ever experienced with Toyota. They don't communicate well. the phone never gets answered, they don't responded to emails, and the technician who is working on your car can never be found when you do get through on a phone call. Will not be returning to this service center.

Fedler Eugene is one of the most amazing employees of Toyota. Not only is he so kind, patient and friendly, he also knows his profession to the T. He follows up, he communicates everything so well. I always enjoy working with him and I would love for him to always be our to-go to guy. Paul is also such an amazing guy! We have dealt with him many times over the years for us buying Toyota's. He never disappoints us and helps us with so much! We are thankful for both Eugene and Paul.

The mechanic/collision shop is absolute crap. I had the smallest exterior issue with my vehicle. Dropped it off. It is now almost a month and still do not have my vehicle done. Everytime I call, it is a new excuse. "Mechanic called out of work" "painter called out of work" "the wrong parts were shipped" etc. Worst service I've ever had. I could have taken it to any other shop outside of Toyota and had the work done in three days max. It is my work vehicle and am losing money every single day I don't have it. Just an absolute shit show. Never take your vehicle here for any sort of repair unless you've planned your life out months in advance.

After calling 4 times. Just trying to find out the price for a spare set of keys. My call was never answered by the proper associate. Their operator was very polite, their parts dept was on point but couldn't answer the simple question of how much is programming these fancy chip keys and FOB. I bought a used 2014 tundra with only 1 set of keys. I wanted 1 extra set to keep while leaving my truck locked and AC on for my dog and not getting locked out of the truck.. she is smart and already figured out how to hit buttons and roll down the window. No help at this location. I live beachside an will drive further for better customer service and professionalism to Erdman in cocoa!! Macy was very knowledgeable and actually called me back with a total price for this spare set. I wouldn't recommend this Melbourne dealership for an oil change, tire rotation or anything. They are apparently making money hand over fist and customer service doesn't really mean much to them. Buyer beware!!!! Driving a little further for quality service is highly recommended!!!

Poor salesman. Rude financial person. Lack of service. Salesman told us 2 cars were available but when we arrived the cars had just been sold. He did have another more expensive car. Bait and switch? He told us one interest rate but when we signed the paperwork a much higher one appeared. ( we have an 800+ fica score). Bait and switch? No instructions on car operation. Told to come back next day to have car detailed. Waited two and a half hours for the detailing. Come to find out salesman forgot about us. Salesman would not return calls. When I cancelled extended service contract I purchased at the dealership, the finance person became very rude. As I signed the form to cancel the service contract, I asked for a copy of what I signed and was told coldly: No, you can't have one and walked out. So ends my brief encounter with Toyota of Melbourne.

Rob and Dakota. Ask for them when purchasing a car. They took great care of me, and really helped my dad pick my car out, and made the sale less painful. A bit of history: I tried to find my Toyota Corolla Cross from many Toyota dealers in another state, believe it when I say no one could produce. I had almost given up and my dad suggested Melbourne Toyota who had sold me my first car in 2010. My dad suggested that they treated us right, why not give them a call? My old Toyota Corolla is 364,000 miles and needed little work throughout the 13 years, I agreed. Thank you Toyota of Melbourne for working with me--please keep up the good work. You WILL see me again, in fact tomorrow I'm bringing the old Corolla in for two new headlamps. I'm giving this old car to my kid who needs it. We depend on your fairness and expertise.

Worst after sale customer service ever! Definitely recommend other more courteous dealers like Mike Eardman or other places in Orlando, when I call for appointments they always push it 2 or 3 weeks (while being Uncourteous) while other places have been accommodating. Be cautious when doing business with them.

Michael Durkin sold me my tacoma he was professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was definitely more enjoyable than previous car buying experiences. The Tacoma pulls my 5,000 lb trailer with no issues except for tongue weight and today Mike informed me of something inexpensive that I could install to help with that. quality truck excellent sales team.
