I usually don’t right reviews, but when a manager is extremely rude when first talking to their customers, I think that warrants a review. I came in to return a dress I bought at this location. I bought the dress in a hurry so I didn’t put in my email address, and I lost the receipt. I requested to exchange the item for something else instead since I would be unable to return it. The employees at the front said I could leave the dress with them while I look for something else. I went to look, when all of a sudden what looked to be the manager, came up and said in an extremely rude manner that I couldn’t exchange the dress without an email or receipt. I asked why? And he said it’s because they don’t know when it was bought. I stated that they still have the dress in the store and he said that they have items in the store from 2 years ago so it doesn’t matter. I said ok and that they can keep it because the dress was ugly anyway. I didn’t want it so I left without another word. My problem with this interaction was how rude the manager was about the situation straight off the bat. It was like he came up to us hoping for an argument. I ended up coming back to the store to ask for his name because the person I was with mentioned how rude the interaction was as well. He said his name was Thomas. I won’t be back because of this manager and because I don’t want to shop at any store that still has items from 2 years ago.

Fitting rooms were closed and her excuse was that they were closing soon. It’s 6:42 and they close at 7. I think she was just too lazy to unlock the door. I’ll buy my jeans at hollister instead.

When I Google searched skateboard shops this was on the list. When I found out it was in a mall I figured it was like a Zumiez. Nope just a clothing store no skateboard anything. Selling Van's does not equal skateboard shop.

My granddaughter and I visited the store in Melbourne today looking for a preteen bathing suit. Although they didn't have her size an associate named Alissa was very sweet and patient. We took her advice and ordered from their website.We will definitely shop there again.

The staff at this Tilly's is amazing! I had to exchange some pants for my son. I needed help with colors and suggestions. I felt like I was at Nordstrom with personal shoppers.Thanks Richard and Brianna! You guys rock!

Walked into the store, girl at register greeted everyone who came in except me; I'm assuming because I'm black with tattoos and piercings warranted my being treated like I was going to steal something because when my sister went to try on jeans the same girl came to the back, watching. When I got on the phone telling my mother what was going on and she overheard, she walked away quickly. Definitely will not spend my money where I'm not acknowledged and treated as if I'm a thief. This always happens at this particular location.
