My wife and I we always have an excellent experience when visiting the fresh market on Wickham Road in Melbourne, Florida. There are always managers on the floor greeting customers especially manager Mike he makes it a point to connect with all his customers. Excellent company excellent employees excellent manages. My husband and I shop Fresh Market for the discounted deals on chicken Tuesdays. The quality of the chicken (and meats) are very good. Josh and Daniel are very helpful. Patrick in the fish department gives us a heads up on how to prepare certain fish dishes. The produce is always fresh. We also enjoy the free coffee tasting samples. The store is always clean and smells of the beautiful fresh cut flowers and arrangements, when you walk into the store. We look forward to seeing Karrie, Karen, Natalia, and all the workers who are always friendly and courteous.

Always a great experience. Everyone is very helpful and the food is always fresh. We usually find something we have never tried before. When we ask about it we get great advice on how to prepare it.

Your business lost two regulars on 8/19.
Me and my friend often would grab the $9.99 bistro meals. It was the usual Salman, wings, mash, mack, collard greens and stuffed tater on the warm food side. I told Samuel (the employee) I wanted wings, mash and mack. Samuel tells me that wings are too expensive to be a bistro item now. I rebuttal by saying the next guy will hook me up. That's when Samuel told me he is the manager. "Okay, can I still get flank stake?" Sam literally starts cutting rectangular cubes and weighing them on a scale. Today I went to Publix down the street and paid $8.99? for box full of wings, wedges and mack. I used to be a fresh market member/regular but not anymore. It was pettiness that happened on 8/19 that led to a petty rating on 8/20.

I was in your Melbourne FL store yesterday and found the meat employees argumentative and rude. Not something I'm used to encountering there. Just a heads up...it's not good for business.

my purpose was to purchase fish. I stopped in produce, picked up some fruit. As i approached the back of store where seafood was the stink, smell was overwhelming. I told the person behind the meat counter about the smell.
It turned me off completely from any further shopping in the store.
I bought my fruit and left. My visit was on 6/6/2024 store on Wickham Rd, Melbourne Fl

I had such a great experience at the store! The management is amazing! I visited the evening before a birthday luncheon to check out some options for the next day. I spoke with someone about catering, and they promptly showed me their party platters in a colorful brochure and took my order for the following morning. By 11 AM, my party trays were ready! I'm really impressed with the entire process!

Huge bonus, they are open the day after the hurricane. Not many folks are open today, Fresh Market is.
Made a quick visit this morning to pick up some baby back ribs, on sale today 50% off! It's a bit pricey as a market, but the quality is outstanding and you can find deals.

They sell good quality Italian prosciutto however, packaging is extremely environmentally unfriendly. The amount of plastic is used to pack the meat is just beyond comprehension.
Fresh market has to switch to something more sustainable and more environmentally friendly when packing their deli products. No plastic nor styrofoam should be ever used these days.

I purchased food and beverages for a gift basket and it made the recipient very ill.
Why would you participate in contaminating food for consumption? It is illegal to poison/drug someone.
