Experience with the service department has always been great. Friendly, prompt customer service and they kept me informed of the status and progress of my vehicle throughout its time there. Brian Cardin has gone above and beyond to find out what was going on with my vehicle when it was difficult to pinpoint. He located the problems and had me set for the repair work as soon as the parts came in. I’m sure anyone else would have told me that there was nothing they could find with the car and stopped there. Definitely appreciate his thoroughness.. Tasca service department keeps my vehicle running top notch and always return it clean.

I am new to the area an have a 2021 GMC SIerra 1500. I pulled into the service drive for my 830am appointment at around 8, but they still got me going right away. My service writer was Brian and he did all he could to welcome me to the area with a smile. The service was fast and comfortable. He also recommended additional services that I will complete on my next visit. Thank you Brian!!

Service Advisor Brian Cardin is really awesome.He saw to servicing my Buick LaCrosse and kept me in the loop while my car was there.He is very knowledgeable and will take care in advising you every step of the way while your vehicle is being serviced.

I had an overheating engine problem Monday on the way to work. I called in that morning and they said they should be able to start on it Tuesday morning. I asked if I could bring it in that day and get a rental and they said I could. I spoke with Jorge and he was very helpful in getting my car in and getting me a ride to the rental place. They even were able to take a look at my car that day so I was able to get it fixed and back to me on Tuesday. Both Jorge and Angel Perez were very helpful.
