this being my usual target, I was highly disappointed with this experience. I was not only hit by a customer shopping, but also verbally assaulted by an employee. I asked a simple question about my pickup order that I'd been waiting awfully long for, and she not only pitched an attitude with me, but rolled her eyes. as if my question was disturbing her day. all while telling me "I just had to wait" extremely rudely. after also receiving a derogatory attitude from a customer service employee after calling for information about my order. I did not appreciate either of these interactions and will not be returning to this location for pickup anymore. being this is my second bad experience with an employee at this target. they also did not have the cupcakes my girlfriend wanted. very unfortunate.

This store is extremely moldy and I get so sick when I’m there I can no longer shop in this store. How are they able to force people to work there?!! This could kill people or make them extremely sick! They had a big leak in early summer and they never properly took care of it and now you can’t even step into the store without the stench of mold slapping you in the face.

I just had to share my amazing experience with Joe in the market department at Target. He's the friendliest employee I've met there! Joe helped me find several items I needed and did it with a big smile. He went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted. It's not every day you meet someone so helpful and kind, and Joe truly made my trip to Target a breeze. Thanks, Joe, for being awesome!

After speaking with my sister and finding out her phone didn't work, I sent her to that Target for a new one. I said ask for Consumer Cellular, but if no rep was there just buy another phone and use current carrier. An older woman, living alone, needs a working phone.Well, I am in New York, on Long Island, and I am would never accept the rude treatment my sister got. The worker wouldn't even help her, cases are locked so what was she suppose to do? He said he wasnt trained ...what? Maybe that boy should go into a different area , like stockroom. You don't need an abundance of brain cells to unpack. This was Saturday , Dec. 9th. Do yourself a favor and see who was the lone electronics person at around 6pm- ish and train him.Merry Christmas

While shopping, I was searching for a toy for my son for Christmas and I had asked an employee working in that section if they could help me. He rolled his eyes and begrudgingly helped me find a toy. Before I left I read his name tag. His name is Dan, I highly recommend target inputs a higher standard for their employees. Very displeasing service.

This Palm Bay Target is well organized, clean and makes shopping there a pleasure. The staff are very helpful. A few staff members asked if I needed assistance. They helped me to find things I was looking for.

This target unfortunately reeks of Mold and the items you purchase reek of it. The hurricane we experienced awhile back led to roof damage, and they replaced it but still never managed the mold. The workers unfortunately are exposed to this mold and it’s unsanitary and a health risk!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store wreaks like mold and you can smell it the minute you walk in the doors. I can't even shop there anymore because of how bad it smells. My throat starts itching within minutes. I now drive to the 192 target even though it's further. This is absolutely horrendous working conditions! I don't even understand how it's legal or how the health dept has shut this store down. It needs a SERIOUS mold remediation!

The mold smell is so bad from the roof leak that I got sick for a week after just picking up my meds. Target is refusing to fix the roof for some reason

I went to the store to return 2 Cat & Jack uniform shirts. The guy at the return desk by the name of DREW was extremely rude and said I couldn't return it. I asked why if Cat & Jack has a 1 year return policy for worn or torn items. He said "oh no they have a very strict policy and you can't return it". He looked in his binder and as he was reading it he realized it said it was ok to return but he still insisted that he can't because it's not worn out enough to his standards. I asked for a Manager, he called COLLINS but Collins was too busy to come speak to me because he was eating. Drew came back and said Collins said no I'm sorry but we can't return this . He said it was up to him if it can be returned and he won't do it. I told him I just wanted another one and he said no we are not going to lose money on giving you a new one so I'm sorry I can't return it. He was so rude and unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience. I requested for the top manager information but he said he couldn't give me that information. How can a store not give me the regional managers information

I've been going to this target for about 5 years and its very underwhelming. It's never really seems to carry much. The main issue I have is, the store itself seems to be falling apart. The store smells so bad from the mold that I can no longer shop here (I now go to the one on 192) cause I get an instant headache. There are missing ceiling titles, where they have set up bucket to catch the rain that's coming in. I feel so bad for the employees who have to work and breathe in the mold. Its not good for their long term health
