Whoever is the night clerk, he really needs to get his customer service skills brushed on. Everytime both my husband and I go inside the store he gives us an attitude. Just recently we went into the store and we asked the night cashier what are the scratch off ticket numbers, (for those who dont know) they are the little number on the bottom of the tickets. He flatout refused my husband so i went in. Granted my husband got rowdy with him i told him i would speak to him in a calm tone because i also work for customer service, i know for a fact that if you treat someone bad they are willing to not serve you. So i talked to him in a calm manner and told him I also work for a lottery retailer. He even had the audacity to say he would call the cops on us even though I talked to him nicely. So my service will definitely go elsewhere. I do plan to call in the morning to speak to the manager. To be honest Im aware they are not required to tell us and it is a depends on the cashier situation but it makes me wonder if he just wants to not tell anybody so he can silently play the tickets himself and reap the benefits of them all to himself. He really needs to brush up on his customer service because quite frankly that was uncalled for. And even when i went in and talked to him in a calm manner he still threatened to call the cops. So uncalled for.
