This was months ago...but u NEVER forget good customer service!! I was going on a trip and wanted my chain fixed that my grandfather passed on to me. They told me the original wait time would be after my trip. I really wanted it before...next thing you know, they said it would be ready the next day since it would he a simple fix (clasp). Thank ya'll again!

Great Experience! Everyone at Sullivans is so kind and knowledgeable. They are fixing my wedding ring and I’m so excited they gave me the most beautiful diamond to replace the one I lost! Lost I can’t wait for it to be all put together. I will definitely be back to Sullivan‘s for my jewelry needs and I have a great selection and it’s all so amazing. Thank you Sullivans.

There’s nothing they can’t do! My dream ring and band was created here and they were very accommodating during it all. I procrastinated getting our wedding bands and I’m beyond impressed with the consistent communication and urgency Mike had. I will forever be coming back for all future jewelry.

Sullivan's Jewelers is THE place to go for the best service! They are family owned for many years and I can understand why they have such a good reputation in the community. They are very friendly, never pushy, and have really fair prices. I broke my finger and was so upset when had to cut my late mother's wedding ring in half to get it off my swollen finger. When I told Staci what happened she reassured me that they can either repair it to look like new or they can create me a custom piece of jewelry with all of my mom's stones in it, as a beautiful memory of her that I can wear everyday. I wouldn't trust anyone else in town to do this but Staci. 12/10 recommend!

I took my grandfather's vintage Omega Seamaster here to have it serviced and got robbed of my money and now have a watch that has to be taken to Omega and fixed properly. They do not guarantee their work.

In a time where customer service is almost non existent, you can see why S&S Jewelers has been around so long. We dealt directly with Mike, and he went above and beyond to find the perfect ring! Are you serious? Ok so I brought my daughters gold chain that broke in for repair the jeweler said no problem so after that good news I remembered that my (most precious bracelet) bracelet clasp needed attention so I asked the clerk to ask the jeweler how much? He freakin fixed it right there no charge……. Great Costomer Service!!!!!?

I am so grateful for Sullivan’s! I had bought my wife an engagement ring when I was in the military and couldn’t afford a wedding band to go with it. Sullivan’s was able to assist me in finding a double wedding band that would accent her engagement ring perfectly and put it together beautifully! I couldn’t be happier!!
