Update: We added mobile service. There are dead spots in Brevard County (home of Cape Canaveral). In addition they added a $10 Home Phone Service which we have not touched, but got billed. Been on hold for half an hour at 8:30pm to get it removed. Refusing a refund. Will move to another cell provider.
App update now let's you switch to 2.4g without calling tech support. Still inconvenient for adding lights & cameras.
The folks are great, but the equipment designers are morons.
The new routers do not let you select 2.4G network for your devices like lightbulbs and plugs that require that protocol.
You have to get tech support to force your phone onto the 2.4G.
But some devices require DHCP, so they will not connect at all.

Make an appointment. These people are here to help you. I would rather deal with this store than phone support. I have always had good experience with this store. Thank you again to the staff. I'm sure it's a tough job, and doing it with a smile on your face can't be easy.

Eli is the greatest specialist that works in that store. He’s was able to transfer our service to Spectrum with no issues! We can’t thank him enough for all the help he provided us!

Just like every other store in terms of the layout. Employees were friendly and provided good customer service. The only thing I didn't like was the sign in part. They have a small sign in station in the front of the store however it blends in with the other displays in the store. Everyone who came in after me, along with myself, missed this screen to sign in for tech help.
Make this station bigger! I only found out about it when another customer told me I had to sign in. Then I relayed the message to the other customers coming in after me so Noone would be missed.
Just make this area more pronounced!

Went to the Spectrum store today in Viera to switch service from Verizon. I did not have an appointment and when I walked in, was politely told there 8 people ahead of me and the quickest way to get in would be to make an appointment on line. I returned to my car to make the appointment. First available appointment was 3.5 hours later. I made the appointment and killed about an hour and a half and then returned to the store to assess the wait. Fortunately, the crowd had thinned and I was immediately greeted and helped. Elijah was SO NICE and extremely helpful. Customer service at its finest. If you are contemplating changing service providers, make the trip to the store. It was seamless and much easier than trying to order a phone online and activate yourself. Oh - and ask for Elijah.

I have never experienced a habitual liar like Eli. Eli looked me in my face today and told me that he could not sell me a new phone. My Samsung flip blacked out on me today, and I needed a new phone until my phone was repaired. The very unprofessional salesman Eli told me I had to buy a phone and add another line. I asked him if I could cancel the line after my phone was fixed? Eli stated "no because he would get fired." Needless to say, I left the store, drove 20 minutes back to my house to use my daughter's phone. I spoke with a lady named Tonya who stated that he wasn't telling the truth and I could buy a new phone. I left my house just to drive 20 minutes back to Spectrum to do what should have been done the first time. May I add that it was smirks and laughter when my name was called. Eli is very unprofessional and should not be the face of Spectrum. I almost paid my phones off and moved to a new provider. My time was waisted, and I was very inconvenienced because Eli cared more about making a sale than fixing a simple issue that he knew he could fix the first time. Eli needs training badly. I hope no one else has to experience lying Eli like I have.
A huge thank you to Mary for being the professional and taking her job seriously. Mary gave excellent customer service and made sure my phone was set up before I left. The one star is only because of Mary. I wish I could have rated my experience a -20 because overall, it was a trashy experience.

After being a customer for 8 years I had to cancel my service with Spectrum because I was getting terrible internet connection, I had to restart my router multiple times every day, I looked into At&t and found out not only their services are half the price but the service is 10x better, but the cherry on top was that after canceling on May 10 I just got a bill for the full amount because as their representative stated "Spectrum doesn't prorate the bill" so they are charging me $92 for only 5 days of service and no one told me on May 10 when I went to return my equipment, they just surprised me with the bill. This is a shame Spectrum on this economy charging full price for only 5 days of service! Not only that but 3 days after I canceled I received a call from Spectrum offering me the same services for $35! I was a loyal customer for 8 years and they kept increasing the bill every year, instead of trying hard to keep their existing clients they force you to stop services with them and then they offer you a $35 service! Feels like a slap in the face Spectrum
