I've had prescriptions compounded at Specialty for years. The quality of everything I've ever received is high. The pharmacist and staff are very knowledgeable and always take time to answer questions.

I'm very grateful to have a place like this, my dog { Alexa / Tewksbury } is in her last years, sadly , and people should be happy - to have a place like this to go to, Service is Professional , the Pharmacy is a Clean upscale setting, very clean, staff very friendly. I've been around animals all my life, and done more then my share of rescue work over the years - I also come from farm country , case and point - I do highly recommend and trust this company with my dogs health issues / meds. I would give zero stars if I could to a company that shorts prescriptions and then gaslights the customers by telling them they made a mistake in dosing. I have been a pet owner for my entire life (61 years) and have never had a problem with a pharmacy until I had the misfortune of dealing with this one. The antibiotics were supposed to last for 10 days and they only lasted for eight, then they tried to blame me for giving my pet too much. No, that’s not true, abusive gaslighters.There were at least three times that they shorted the prescriptions so I now boycott this company and they will never see me again. Please use Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Walmart, anything except this company. If you MUST use this pharmacy, I suggest you have them measure or weigh out the prescription in front of you so you can be assured you’re getting what you pay for and the amount your pet needs.Shame on SP for deceptive and abusive practices. You can’t go out of business soon enough for me.

I’ve had 3 or 4 cats need medications prepared here and they have always been wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and great at keeping up with communications needed.

I have had nothing, but good experiences with Specialty Pharmacy. My vet had our rescue cat’s thyroid medicine on back order. Thankfully the vet tech had offered to send the prescription to Specialty Pharmacy. The pharmacy had it ready within the hour and I have been going to this pharmacy for this cat’s thyroid medicine ever since. The prescription is ready the same day I phone it in. I’m able to walk-in and get the prescription right away, unlike other places where there are wait lines. One day I procrastinated on calling it in and Nichole (from the pharmacy) called me to remind me it was due for a refill. One vet appointment the dosage was changed and the vet’s office did not adjust the prescription. The pharmacy had kindly adjusted it for me. Making my life easier! I am glad to have found this place!

They moved to a new (super nice) facility and I'm lucky that's it's closer to my house! Today I went to pick up my dog's medication and I was greeted and helped right away. Very happy with the selection and services offered by this pharmacy. I get all of my vitamins and supplements here. I will never buy my vitamins from walmart again! The quality and price is fantastic! Very knowledgeable staff as well!

Tried to call in a prescription this morning. The rude man who answered the phone wouldn't listen, and assumed I knew how a new prescription works. Then he told me to have my vet send it in. Other pet pharmacies, like Chewy.com will do it for you, so I'm using them instead. Also, they have a crucifix hanging in the shop, pretending to be Christian. Rude and judgemental!

I will never go back to a chain pharmacy. Their knowledge and service are top notch. Rxs are ready quickly. They call to verify new rx's and any questions re refills. THE BEST experience was a personalized consult with pharmacist, Barb regarding bHRT. She gave me more information and designed a plan that my provider didn't do in four office visits. THIS IS SOOO WORTH the $75 consultation fee. I'm a nurse practitioner and truly believe pharmacists are a vital essential part of our healthcare.
