Nadicia could use some help with customer service. I called to tell her that I was returning a call regarding a generic vm about my account. I also told her I only have a credit card. She was absolutely no help because I couldn’t tell her who called. News flash, I don’t know either. I was told to call about my account. Somebody guide her…………I gave up.

Service was pretty bad and could’ve easily been a little more professional. Roiley refused to sit me down in a room and had me handle everything on the noise of the lobby. Upon asking to see a manager, she replied “ I am the manager.”

Can you STOP constantly sending me spam advertisements in my US mail that says "important! Please open immediately." That is such a low class tactic for someone handling my money.

SCCU is the worst financial institution i have EVER dealt with in my life! AVOID THIS SCAM CREDIT UNION!!! ALL OF THESE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE 100% ACCURATE! Customer service is beyond pathetic... .no one gives a damn about helping with all of the SCCU mistakes. Terrible company with terrible management!

If you just need a bank to deposit your 9-5 paycheck, Space Coast might be the place for you. But, if you have any expectations of knowledgeable and professional service, you're better served to find another bank. Their loan process is ridiculously inefficient and aggravating. You have a better chance at the Lottery than getting the same answer to a question from 2 or more employees. All in all, this is not a full service bank. They would rather use technology than have banking professionals provide personal service to their members.

Opened an auto Loan in 2016 but traded the car in 2018. Decided to leave the savings account open for my 5 year old son or in case of emergency. Thinking that I would actually be able to use it as a savings account, except they have been taking out 5 dollars a month for inactivity. When I called to find out why I was not notified they had all incorrect information for me. A phone number I didn't recognize and an address that did not exist anymore. They are so behind in the time that they don't use email, even though that was the only info they had correct! Never once did they try to contact me about anything. They were just going to drain my account and then what? Turn me into collections? God forbit you die or are incapacitated in any means. They just steal all of your money without a word! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Would highly recommend finding a different bank!! What they are doing is criminal. Who would have thought a savings account would never accrue interest but instead they take money out every month! What a joke!!

Worst customer service with Carolina through the credit solutions department. Was not helpful and just told me to try (using online banking) to do the same thing I have been doing to which was not working. When I said that method has given me issues, she said try again and call back later, just to get rid of me. Did not offer to transfer me to someone who was willing to help and had an attitude the whole time.

Wow. Worst banking experience of my life!!! I moved here and thought I wanted a small town credit union. But after 2 weeks I realized it is the worst. Staying to start a loan or investments meant ( which they don’t do ) you walk into the bank, you talk to a teller behind 2” plexiglass, they walk you to a office and dial a number. From there they walk back behind the glass and all your banking is over the phone and emails.. you can’t talk with a live person. I’ve tried calling back and 90 percent of the time you get there voicemail. 2 days later your lucky to get an email back stating they need more info and you go back and forth in this form. I can see why Yelp they are a 1.5 star. I’ve had the worst experience. Hopefully closing these accounts doesn’t take me 20 calls and 2 weeks in an empty office to tell me they can’t at this time over email.

Horrible. All I wanted was a Secured credit card with a $300.00 limit, and they literally could not get any of the documents sent to me or available for me to sign. The most frustrating, month-long process that never ended up working for me. I ended up getting a credit card with Discover instead. It took only three days to apply, get accepted, AND RECEIVE the card, whereas SCCU couldn't even get the documents for me to sign sent over properly (through email or to the branch) in OVER A MONTH. The worst experience i think I have ever had with a bank.
