I don’t like the mobile app nor do I like the fact you can’t seem to talk to an actual person. I’ve been on hold for almost 1 hour. Trying to get some information from them before I go to a branch. Think it’s time to switch to another financial institution.

I would give this bank no stars if that was an option. We closed on a home loan and were given wrong information on our loan. We called and they refused to make it right and refused to listen. I will NEVER go through SCCU again for anything. They also didn't have our information updated for our account and it took 20 mins of talking to someone for them to figure out why we couldn't get into our online account. They are uneducated in their own services and have no idea what they're talking about. Train your people to learn how to close loan properly and with the correct information so you don't make your customers mad. Do not use SCCU!

Everything is always broken here. The coin machine is never working. Today the ATM was down again. Why do we pay them so much money if they refuse to perform basic maintenance?

Pretty impossible to call a branch and just talk to a real person. It's like they want your money but they don't want to talk to you.

We were with SCCU sine 1993 we paid off a house and two car loans with them. When we moved we decided to keep our acct with them and a car loan. What a mistake. I tried to pay on our loan and was never told there would be out of town charges nor was the credit union I was make payments from.? Because of the charges it would come out of my payment (without knowing it) and I ended up being several payments behind. It’s been a few years ago but I can’t get it off my record even though we paid the back payments and paid off the loan. Be careful they will not work with you or help you clear things up!

Inconsistent hours and manpower, alot of the services i need the staff cant do, they dirext me to a phone to call their call center. Only reason i am atill here is because my direct deposit, once thats changed Im done with this bank.

I've been banking with SCCU since I moved up from Ft. Lauderdale 14 yrs ago. Outstanding customer service EVERYTIME I call, awesome options for car loans, love that my paycheck is deposited a day before everyone else, and there mobile app rocks. They also have banks down south so I never have to worry when im visiting home. The only thing I don't like is they took away the ability to deposit at the ATM from some of their locations that are closer to my house. Other than that, I highly recommend SCCU.

A bank that truly doesn't care. This has flagently obvious with the insistent charges, their terrible hours of opening and closing and their complete inability to take care of a small business. As soon as Covid-19 is over we're switching. Byeeeeeee!

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The hours though!!! If I need to go in person I have to sacrifice my lunch break and I can't afford to miss any meals. Also, the new app really blows. But overall is a great bank.
