I don’t like the mobile app nor do I like the fact you can’t seem to talk to an actual person. I’ve been on hold for almost 1 hour. Trying to get some information from them before I go to a branch. Think it’s time to switch to another financial institution.

Everything is always broken here. The coin machine is never working. Today the ATM was down again. Why do we pay them so much money if they refuse to perform basic maintenance?

I don't use a bank branch much any more, but a recent stop at SCCU was quick and convenient. This time, there was no one in line ahead of me.
