The young girl on Christmas morning charged me twice and was disrespectful. She looked like she was on some type of drugs. I was in a rush so I bought the buy 1 get one 50% off for the disposable 5000 puff vape. She then proceeded to tell me that people have been complaining that the vapes I was I buying have been exploding on people. I thought she was just high as a kite so I just purchased them. I was in a rush so I grabbed them and waited for my card to go through and as I walking out she said no receipt and I said no I was halfway out. Later in the day I check my bank account and saw she charged me $53.55!!! It was suppose to be $24 and some change. I could guarantee she stole the extra money because I have a nice car that I parked right in front of the store. The whole lot was empty because it was Christmas Day and she was sitting rite by the window eating her pork chops and rice I believe on the glass counter as I walked in. I better get refunded! I will delete this comment if they make it right and return all my money. If not just go to “JUST BLAZIN VAPE AND SMOKE” around the corner on Wickham across the street from Wells Fargo. Buy 1 get one Free for any disposable vapes and I will contact my bank and file a dispute and more.

The ladies and one gentleman who work here are always super friendly to me and I love them. The location is convenient to buy my filtered cigar-cigarettes that many places do not carry as well as to refill my husband’s vape supplies.

I have bought 3 pens in the last 4 months and all of them were defective. They are insanely rude when you ask for a return after the third time and told me it was a pleasure doing business with you when I stated I would take my business elsewhere. It’s insane how customer service went out the door. Florida Vape is an amazing company for anyone who wants to know a good vape store.

My friend and Myself bought $140 worth ofjuice and asking for 2 boxes of pods for a Caliburn A2 vape, The girl gave us the wrong one and came back to change them and we were told they would not exchange them !! We were gone for 2 minutes to the car !! This is the 3rd purchase that we have gotten and everytime it was over $100. The young lady was rude and didn't know the products !! Never coming back but just check your purchase before you pay for it !!!

I go to this store often, and have always been treated well by the staff. Only a few times I’ve had a bad vape but if you check it before you leave the store (or if they realize you JUST left and came back) they will replace it! I recommend signing up for their rewards program if you buy vapes often. You get 10% of every purchase as in-store credit! Overall a great experience, only suggestion would be that they check out other stores prices. Sometimes I see a few items in the store that are a few dollars overpriced, which keeps me from purchasing those particular brands.

Working since January trying to get coils for a brand new tank purchased there in December.. They sell tanks, but do not keep coils in stock. Forces that extra 50 dollars. I have spent literally thousands of dollars in products there and got called a liar when I said the last 5 times I’ve been in they don’t have what they told me they were going to order. They made me feel like a fool by writing my information down each time and never getting products that they should stock. It’s almost May and threatening your customers after they call you out for your poor attitude on the phone is what did it for me. You shouldn’t threaten people when you completely fail as a business. You can’t keep your store managed correctly because of the staff that you hire manage you not the other way around.

I can't speak for those buying other products, but I replaced my old Uni with a newer model, and the guys there were great & knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere, beer, pool table. Maybe things have improved since past reviews?

I was in there this evening and the girl behind the counter had no knowledge of any of her tanks nor mods. I spent 49.00 dollars for a new tank thinking it would fix my problem but no it didn't. So now I'm out 50 bucks. Not cool hire people that have knowledge of vaping!!!!
