I walk into the store at 6:00PM on Saturday evening looking for a mattress to take home after visiting several other stores previously. JP not told me he wanted my search to end there. I bought from them before and was very satisfied. JP found me a mattress at a great price that I went home with the same night.

Horrible service! Wont let me return defective bed bases, on hold for hours. Not worth the $7000!!!! Im sleeping on the couch. Was only able to return mattress after arguing on the phone. Stuck with 2 bed bases that dont work, had then 15 days. Getting the run around. Run far away!!!!!

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. I have been waiting impatiently for a remote to be available. I found out during a chance visit that I could submit my name and phone, and someone would call me. And they did. I think the staff was rejoicing with me! When I went in to order the remote, I learned that I had reward points to use. What a bonus.!

Don't do it! Ordered a C2. This is nothing more than an air mattress from Walmart. The bed was delivered for $249.00. The mattress was either set up wrong or defective. The pump ran all night. We returned it ASAP. We are out the $249.00. This mattress is a joke.

Now I'm sure everyone who looked like them had a nice experience, my husband and I however, didn't, (We r of the minority descent) if I could give it no stars I would do that. We first walk in no we go in the store 12/16/22 at 10 am no one else is here so they can't say they were busy, No introduction of they look as if these people don't belong here, so I had to introduce myself and then explain why we r here, he looked even more annoyed, he didn't even want to lay us on the bed to get our numbers I had to literally make him wait on us smh... And the lady with him didn't say a word, moral of the story is African American's r not welcomed n this store when these 2 r working, so perk up and b aware of how u will b treated

Keith was awesome! Even though I was pressed for time he was courteous LISTENED to our needs answered our questions assisted my husband demonstrated the differences in the two model beds gave us the short versions to the point & we purchased our sleep number bed. Can’t wait for it to deliver!!
