What can I say?I've been to so many car washes in Melbourne in Palm Bay. Empire car wash has been the best of all the car wash i have gone to they are Real detail of everything and they take there time. The owner Chris is there with his team working with them ans making suer every car come out looking great so I 100% recommend this car wash.

Big shout out to Empire Carwash! A couple leftover Sushi bowls with raw salmon slid under my driver's seat and we forgot about them. FOR 10 DAYS. Yes, we really did. We went out of town, parked at the airport and when we got back....holy moly! You can't even fathom the smell. We had to drive home from the Orlando Airport gagging all the way with a sea of maggots under my car seat. Chris from Empire Car Wash took the car right away, he went way above and beyond to get it cleaned and disinfected the same day. He even went as far as taking the car seat out to clean under it. It took a lot to mitigate the stench. He had to shampoo and disinfect it four times. Cleaned the whole car out. Didn't complain once, he just wanted to help. They did a great job and I can't recommend them enough!

Empire totally hooked me up. I arrived 20 minutes after closing unaware that closing time had changed from 6 PM to 5 PM. They took care of my husband‘s Duely truck staying late to give it extra care and detail despite being after hours. I am most grateful and will certainly be returning for this first class service.
