Lele pronounced Lily, guided us into an easy flow beginner Aerial yoga ?? class. 9am on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Yes it’s beginners but will kick your butt. Those whom love ? a challenge DO IT. We came away feeling stress ? and loving how the body vibrated.

I am so happy that I found Lele and Shanti Wellness! Tonight was my second beginner aerial class. I love it - it's so much fun to play, overcome fear, and get out of my comfort zone. I also attended zen-infused yoga a few weeks back and look forward to returning to that class as soon as I can. Lele offers a beautiful variety of classes. Really, there is something for everyone. One of the best yoga studios I've been to in my 10 years of practice! The space is simple and the positive energy is abundant. Lele really offers a variety of classes. My favorites are the yin or gentle and in the morning the sculpt or Hatha. After going for a month my body and mind felt like a different person!

Lele has cultivated such a warm and welcoming environment and she does a great job of creating a sense of community. She’s knowledgeable, really cares about her students, and her classes are fun! Hey there! This was my first yoga class, I loved it & want to continue on that journey, Lele & the other people there were soooo welcoming & they made me feel extremely comfortable! I was very nervous but also excited to try this, I bought a 30 day package , which is very reasonable! Thank you so much! ?✌️

Loved this yoga studio! I'm in town for a few days and found Shanti Wellness through Google and decided to check it out. The studio is super clean and very cozy. Everything you need is provided by them, all super clean and sanitized! The instructor Lele was very welcoming and friendly! She is AMAZING! I tried the Zen Yoga class and going back to try aerial Yoga for the first time! Can't wait!!

Lele is such a good teacher. Her explanations are concise and easy to understand. The studio is clean and welcoming. The different styles of yoga are healing, challenging, and relaxing. This is by far my favorite yoga studio!

My first Yin Yoga class with Lele was amazing. She takes time to make sure you are comfortable and able to follow along at a beginner level. This is exactly what my body needs since a car accident 2 months ago. The studio is relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend Shanti Wellness!
