My recent experience at the liquor store was quite disappointing due to the bad customer service. I had hoped to receive a discount on my purchase, but it became clear that this was not going to happen.When I inquired about potential discounts or promotions, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They simply told me that no discounts were available without offering any explanation or alternative options. This lack of transparency and willingness to assist customers left a sour taste in my mouth.Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it's disappointing when a store fails in this regard. While I understand that discounts may not always be possible, a polite and informative response would have made the experience more positive. Unfortunately, I left the store feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. Improving customer service and communication should be a priority for this liquor store in the future.

Cut my ankle when a fridge door scraped over it as I walked away. The young man at the register looked at me as though I'd two heads when I asked if he had a First Aid kit for a Bandaid. Another customer helped me out in the parking lot. That was two and a half weeks and a course of antibiotics ago, and it's still not healed.I don't care how good your prices are, or how great the beer selection: leaving a customer bleeding in the parking lot is a very poor show.
