Store itself is fun to shop in with good deals, but every time I come here there is only one cashier up front and a line of 20 people.

Terrible experience I would give zero stars if I could. Today I went into Ross I was looking for a black Michael kors bag since I have a white one already. I saw a couple black ones I was interested in, and asked the women working upfront who I found out was Marleen if I could see one. She rudley informed me that I could only see it if I’m definitely paying for it. I said okay and continued to look at the other Michael Kors black bags. She then decided to rush over and grab it from me, so then I moved to look at a different rack, she then decided to pull the rack away from me almost hitting me and was acting very aggressive and seemed to be racially profiling me. I’ve personally worked at retail stores and never treated a costumer that way. I spoke to another employee in there and she informed me that the lady who treated me so so poorly and almost injured me was Marleen who is a manager. She obviously should not be in customer service or be a manager being aggressive and grabbing things and pushing racks into customers who are just looking to purchase something, I will never be retuning to this Ross again.

Horrible experience. I got there around 8:50, the store was closing at 9:30. I was looking for a few things and really had to use the bathroom. I tried to get in but it was locked. So I was skipping around finally I saw someone who worked there and I asked about the bathroom. By this time was around 910. She said the bathroom was closed already due to closing the store soon. I asked her if I can use it and she said no. I asked her who was the manager and she said she was Thalia I believe. I'm pretty sure this is not proper etiquette at any store. And it's probably against the law. And I even spent a couple of hundred dollars not that even matters

Worse store ever! They made my mom, a 93 yr old walking with a cane, trying to return a gift, wait in a line of 20 people despite a register with a sign for people with Disabilities. When asked, the clerk said, we don't do it like that, you have to get in line. Wow Ross! I guess you just don't care!Also, the store is in chaos, items in wrong places and sizes, and filthy! Avoid at all costs!

Got to the store last night with friends before 9:30 p.m. Needed to use the restroom. The lady said she can't open the door to the restroom because they are cleaning it and she can't do anything about it.. I just hope they can be cosiderate. But on the other hand the cashier at checkout was very nice.

That old lady with grey hair and mole by the dressing station that’s either Hispanic or Latina is very rude. Probably one of the most rude interactions I’ve ever had out in public with someone working over absolutely nothing. Why is this person able to interact with customers? I seriously doubt this is her first time doing it considering what it was over (not being able to open the bathroom door I know very big deal right)
