We shop at this location on occasion, our last time we stopped in here we had a long ride and I needed to use the restroom
( bathroom was locked) went to the front jumped in the line and asked the nice cashier if anyone was available to unlocked the bathroom? She got on the headset and asked if anyone was available (The manager) by another register said out-loud No not really and seemed super frustrated. She then proceeded to say this IS IT for the bathroom anyone else asks to use it tell them NO, She was walking to the back swiftly to unlock the bathroom and she stated that she is tired of walking back here to unlock the bathroom her knee hurts ( as she walks super fast) then rudely tells me to go wait by the door. She must have ringed the unlocking button from the dressing room area 20-30 times trying to rush me to the door
( I'm walking as quickly as I can)
If we as customers are in the store and shopping we shouldn't have to worry about if someone is willing to unlock the bathroom. She is not friendly at all she was extremely unkind to the cashier working over a return and even more unfriendly to another customer in the dressing room about taking too long and asking her to get out. She dosent seem thrilled working there AT ALL... And being a retail manager involves alot of walking and if her knee bothers her that bad maybe she should just find a office job.

Not happy! After spending some time and a cart full of possibilities, I was told I could not use the bathroom, (the restrooms are behind a code locked door)...Ross, you should treat your customers better than that! I won't be back.

Store itself is fun to shop in with good deals, but every time I come here there is only one cashier up front and a line of 20 people.

Terrible experience I would give zero stars if I could. Today I went into Ross I was looking for a black Michael kors bag since I have a white one already. I saw a couple black ones I was interested in, and asked the women working upfront who I found out was Marleen if I could see one. She rudley informed me that I could only see it if I’m definitely paying for it. I said okay and continued to look at the other Michael Kors black bags. She then decided to rush over and grab it from me, so then I moved to look at a different rack, she then decided to pull the rack away from me almost hitting me and was acting very aggressive and seemed to be racially profiling me. I’ve personally worked at retail stores and never treated a costumer that way. I spoke to another employee in there and she informed me that the lady who treated me so so poorly and almost injured me was Marleen who is a manager. She obviously should not be in customer service or be a manager being aggressive and grabbing things and pushing racks into customers who are just looking to purchase something, I will never be retuning to this Ross again.

Horrible experience. I got there around 8:50, the store was closing at 9:30. I was looking for a few things and really had to use the bathroom. I tried to get in but it was locked. So I was skipping around finally I saw someone who worked there and I asked about the bathroom. By this time was around 910. She said the bathroom was closed already due to closing the store soon. I asked her if I can use it and she said no. I asked her who was the manager and she said she was Thalia I believe. I'm pretty sure this is not proper etiquette at any store. And it's probably against the law. And I even spent a couple of hundred dollars not that even matters
