Overcharge drastically (up 200% from 2 years ago), for a dental cleaning, told to put my pet on medication they didn't need, that seemed strange since he has been in perfect health, and never an issue, he gets lots of walks and a great diet. So I tested by not giving them a single dose, only to be told it was working when my pet was given another blood test. And keep buying and giving them the medication. I knew then they just care about what they can sell. Do yourself a favor, if you care about you pet, (and wallet for that matter) stay away from this place. Absolutely horrendous.

They are the worse. They failed me twice with two dogs. First dog was in labor and needed cesarean. They were open but told me to go to emergency clinic. Got there and they said why are you here when your vet is open so we called animal medical clinic again and then they said bring the dog. By the time I got there my dogs head was hanging down, her face was greyish blue and she had a dead puppy hanging out of her!! Second time I took male dog for neuter, nares and palette. They told me that I should do all 3 at same time. My dog was dropped off at 7:30am. I called 3 times to check on him. 3rd call which was now 8 hours later, I was told by a dr the overnight person called out sick so they could only do the neuter and nares and I'll have to bring him back for a second surgery. Why did I have to call 3 times to get this info?!!! I went and got my dog. And they don't care!! I'm just another dissatisfied customer. When I got my dog he was walking and peeing he had to go so bad. We got out the Front door and he was waking and pooping. And then peed a long time again. He wasn't walked!!! When we got home he drank tons of water right away. He has been asleep since then! He sat in a cage for over 8 hours in fear!!!!! Not acceptable!!!! I would never take a pet here again!

We have been using this office for over 30 years.....many pets! The staff and physicians have always been fantastic. This visit was with Dr. Ellie and she's simply amazing!!!

We had to make the horrible, but best decision for our Max. Max had been apart of our family for 12 years. The staff and Doctor Robert Young made this so easy and comforting. Making sure we knew that it was the best decision. And this was the first time they met our Max. They made this whole process comfortable. If we ever get a fur baby again. This office will be our fur babys Doctor. Thank you to each and everyone of you at the office who helped me with this. From the first phone call. Made the appointment. Then had to call back and move the appointment up. Checking us in. Giving Max and his family the best care. Thank you so much.The Loftons

My family started with one dog and AMC was our place ever since we got him from a shelter. Dr. Bowden is AMAZING! Very attentive and provided us with many options and resources for our puppy's care. Because of a death in the family, we've added another dog to our household, and we took her there as well. Anyone with a furry friend can attest that care costs can get a bit expensive. Though there are several options everywhere, we found one that provided us with discounts for everything from visits to medications. An affordable discount plan that was way less than insurance and makes taking care of our babies manageable. Especially now in these trying times, we all are experiencing. When I inquired to the head DVM about consideration of the coverage being accepted there I was told that it wouldn't be. Because the discounts could not be provided for everyone that they service. Thought that kind of strange because when it comes to humans over 50, if I'm not part of AARP but ask for a discount for medical visits, I wouldn't be able to get it if I'm not an AARP member, and it shouldn't be a different situation for our four-legged family members. Sadly, after going to such a great place for over a decade, we have to find another vet that will accept our supplemental payment discount program for our babies. I guess during our next visits with our pups we should have asked for the Trupanion discount provided with the insurance they accept even though we don't pay high deductibles from that. If there are no kickbacks back to AMC, they will not honor anything outside of what they already have.

I took my dog, Mochi, to Dr. Young for his annual checkup. Dr. Young has been his vet for the five years of his life. He and his assistant were friendly, caring and thorough. They made Mochi feel comfortable and performed a complete exam, including shots and a blood test. They were gentle and calming. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any pet to these professionals. I completely trust them with the health of my best friend and our family member.

Love this clinic! We have used them for everything from boarding to treatment. If your pet has an issue that the vet isn't familiar with, they have so many partners to consult! Dr. Bowden and Dr Rodriguez are our primary docs there but you can really pick any one of them! They also have great hours that are convenient and accommodating.

Excellent Vets, but horrible reception, my app today was At 10 and almost hour later I was still there , so receptionist never mention my time was different until I was leaving . Wasted an hour , rude not to tell me at the beginning my time it was different!...

I actually saw Dr. Bliss on this day because my BEAUTIFUL Mia Maria Vito was just diagnosed with a very rare firm of cancer called Cutaneous Lymphoma & 5 days later she went into respiratory distress. Dr. Bliss was EXTREMELY kind, thoughtful & helpful as my soulmate Mia had to be humanely euthanized. I love Dr. Bliss for helping my Mia pass unto the everafter. He is a blessing... As well as the nurses, receptionists & assistants who helped on that tragic day. Dr. Loper is our other regular vet there (who is amazing) but was not there on this day. As well as Terri, dedicated employee with Animal Medical Clinic- she is one of a kind. Thank you all for helping my dwindling family & for ESPECIALLY helping Mia to transition comfortably. These vets & staff are a God-send.

From the moment dogs enter my life , To the day they cross the Rainbow Bridge, I trust the Animal Medical Clinic to be there for me and my dogs. All of the staff clearly know veterinary medicine, but, more importantly they are friendly, gentle, and kind in their interactions with both me and the ailing pet. They do everything they can to keep the dog healthy, while keeping both the pet and it's owner happy.
