I went to Reeds because of these reviews and they do speak truth. I was assisted by Ms. Hiyam who represents the company very well very professional and pleasant. If you need any adjustments to your jewelry Reeds definitely gets it done right and in a timely manner.

I took my wife's diamond wedding ? ring in to replace a lost stone and my lions head ring to be re-sized at Reeds jewelers. I had Christina helping me that day, and she was exceptional in both her customer service and her pleasant personality. Their jeweler did a fine job on both items and the charge for the work was perfectly reasonable. I will add that Christina also tightened the clasp on my wifes earrings at no charge when I dropped off the pieces initially.
All in all I found the ladies that work there to be charming and eager to help in any way.

Christina helped my cousin Rashaun buy his chain and all I can say is 10/10 would defietly recommend. She was very welcoming while at the same time making sure us children didn’t do anything financially stupid. Reeds In the mall is definitely a spot to spoil yourself

Today we walked in to REEDS in the Melbourne Square Mall and we were greeted by Christian. He was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us pick a nice citizen watch.
