Today a friend brought me to this place to look for a dress and shoes for a wedding. Right from the get go the owner had a puss on her face when she looked at me. The sales woman told me that my size shoe was in the front room along with the dresses. I started pulling dresses and when I was done I started trying shoes on. All of the clothes I intended on trying on were behind the front desk. Before I headed to the dressing room I gathered about six pairs of shoes around a small couch I was sitting on and I started trying them on. All of them fit so I left them there so I could walk back and slip them on with the dresses I was trying. I headed back to try on the clothes. After my first round (5 pieces) the owner came to my dressing room door. She didn't have more pieces for me to try on but she did have that same puss on her face so I asked what's the problem and she spewed out something about me leaving the shoes by the couch like I did(mind you I was buying all six pairs but wanted to try them on with the dresses) and how inconsiderate I am AND then tells me I insulted her sales lady!!! How did I insult her you ask? She told us her name and I said it back in a playful way ----MARGARITAAAA. She immediately snapped at me with NOOOOO IM NOT SPANISH!!!!! I truly thought she was kidding. That's how ridiculous it was. Ethnicity had nothing to do with the way I said her name. I was being friendly THATS ALL! This whole experience left me dumbfounded. Anyone who knows me would not believe this happened to ME. I received 22 Outstanding Customer Service Star Awards in a 24 month period. I know something about customer service. This place needs to learn a thing or two about it. She tells me "we are an upscale boutique" and that's why I should have cleaned the room after trying on the shoes but if her sales person was helping me she would have known why I was leaving them out in the first place BUT I said her name wrong so she didn't like me anymore PS I WENT TO THE OTHER CONSIGNMENT STORE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD (prices MUCH better and excellent selection)AND THEY WERE CLOSING BUT INVITED ME IN AND KEPT THE STORE OPEN SO I COULD FIND A DRESS AND THEY DID THIS WITH A SMILE AND KINDNESS. ps I found much more than a dress! I spent $520 in that store!! Big mistake Margarita.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at the store. There were 3 ladies who helped me. The store carries many name brands that I wear, like Lilly Pulitzer, Paige jeans, Hudson jeans & many more brands. Everything is decently priced. I got 4 pairs of name brand jeans & 2 Lilly Pulitzer tops for under $200!! I am very pleased with the service & clothing options. I will definitely come back!!
