Outstanding service. Parked my car at 8:12, checked in, sat in office for about 30 seconds before being called back. Tech was fabulous, took some blood, was back in my car at 8:20.

My son is disabled and has been going to Quest diagnostic for years to have his blood drawn. Today 06/07/24 I went there to drop off a 24 hour urine collection ordered by his doctor to assist with the diagnosis of his medical problems and the phlebotomist that checked the specimen in said there was a balance of over $300 which I didn’t know anything about . She said she has to go ask her boss who told her to not take the specimen and turn me away . Now because quest refused to take the specimen instead of trying to find out why the insurance didn’t pay or make arrangements for payments instead I was turned away. My son has kidney problems and because of their inconsideration and greediness will delay the timely diagnosis of my son’s kidney problem . I took the specimen to lab Corp and they were so nice there . They accepted the specimen. It’s all about money nowadays even when you’re disabled. Hopefully you’re loved ones will never be in a similar situation one of these days !! I will also consult a lawyer to see if there’s any legal liabilities. Turned away because my son owed a balance . I’m a patient that goes there frequently and I will never go back there !!

Came in as "Walk-In" and got served in less than 20 minutes!

There is no one to assist in check in. It is all automated. After making an online appointment and attempting to change it, when I checked in it was only seeing my old appointment.
Expect to wait and not talk to anyone.
