  Usually have a good experience. But on Jan 17 even though I had an appointment that I arrived on time for had to wait an extra 15 minutes to be called. Once back there the tech took 3 times to get 6 vials of blood. Today arm black and blue and sore.

  Everything about my appointment was smooth and quick. I even added a new test on the spot while the previous test was ongoing. The staff are kind and will with with you stress free.

  Always friendly. I recommend appts for prompt service. Very easy to do on their website
