I always shop at hywaze all brevard locations basically. Tonight I stopped at this location 8-10 minutes to close to find the door locked with the cashier mouthing words assuming along the lines, she can’t let me in. I have no problem with trying to get home early trust me, but at least stay open until the posted time please especially for us other late workers.

A little disappointed with this location, I always shop with HYWAZE I bought a fronto leaf that had mold growing in it when I opened it. I called the store to see if I could swap it out he told me no so now we’re here. Idc if it was 50 cents it’s the principle. Selling products that are no good to customers is a big no

This store is really, really cool. The cashier, Xavier, was so kind and very knowledgeable. He also has really cool hair 😁 I was able to learn about their products and found some new, cool things I didn't even know existed. I'm so pleased with my experience here and I will definitely continue to shop here and recommend this store to my friends.

I went to the Hywaze Smoke shop on Wickham Rd and bought a pipe. They have a sign no refunds and no returns. I told the worker about my bad experience (defective product that I just bought an hour earlier) at the Tobacco District Vape N Smoke store on North Wickham Rd in Melbourne, FL. The worker told me if his product was defective, to return it for a full replacement. It works great. Hywaze gets my business now.
