Horrible service. medicine prescribed by doctor is there for weeks I called in to check what is going on and they informed me they still waiting to get more information with the doctor. No one contacted me to inform that, so I could reach out to the doctor too. Never again.Update: Publix pharmacist called me days later tell me that my doctor was nasty and rude on the phone with her and that she won’t be calling him back to understand my prescription and that it is up to me now to call him and get this information LOL WHAT????CVS Baytree offers quicker, better service and customer care.

Kelly was so amazing helping us today getting our Covid boosters. There was a mix up with the insurance company and she had to make several phone calls to make it happen. She is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us. She is a real asset to the Publix Pharmacy.

I went to Publix yesterday thevstore was very clean and the personal was friendly. I needed red beans and rice and I even adked a manager. My first thought was look in the frozen section to no avail. All employees that I asked said they didn't carry it. Why I didn't look online while I was there is a brain fart moment. Guess what they do sell it by Virgo and it sits on the shelf with all the other packages of rice. Also sold made by Zatarans. Just an FYI personal should know there products.

The store is small, customer service is ok, and the store selection is fair, but it has the worst, worst, worst deli ever. Everyone is grumpy, ignore you while you're waiting to be served, and you feel like you're a hindrance. I understand it's hard to get employees but that is no excuse. Lower the prices if you can't fix your problems.

I moved here and used this pharmacy very rude people they don't even call you to tell you your meds can't be refilled and treat you like you owe them I was suffering with out my meds and they could care less heartless people change fields horrible will not return

Do not schedule your vaccines here, use CVS or Walgreens. This is the second time I tried to get vaccinated at this store. The first time they didn't want to open the vial since they didn't have others scheduled. This time I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and finally had to leave to get back to work. I took my lunch break to walk over but instead wasted my time waiting while NO one was vaccinated. First they said it's because they had appointments every 10 minutes (but that made no sense since NO one was vaccinated during that time) then they said its bc the pharmacist had more important things to work on (which in itself is condescending BUT if that's the case-Dont schedule appointments) The line was backed up to 10 people (again no one was being helped) and there is nowhere to sit...we just block grocery traffic. Go anywhere else

For the third time visiting the Suntree Publix I was very upset. This time I just walked out not getting the groceries I went to get. Most were SUPPOSE to be BOGO, but the ones I picked out were the incorrect ones. Even though I picked them up right above the sign that stated BOGO. Why does Publix try and trick customers to purchase items that are not really BOGO. This has happened to me in previous visits. I would go back and take a picture on my phone and show it to them. Comment back "the sign was in the wrong spot!!!". I didn't know I had to read the signs fine print to see the sizes. I trusted the sign! Now I know why this Publix gets such a low rating. Luckily Winn Dixie is not that far away!

This pharmacy is a disgrace. I went there yesterday to fill a prescription and I was told that they’re not accepting new patients and couldn’t fill my prescription. I explained I had filled many times at this location. Still no…I have to call back and ask (beg) the pharmacy manager to accept me!!!
I’m OK with somebody not filling a prescription but not when giving you a false reason. They are completely fine with me paying anywhere from $.50 to $4 PER item more on my groceries yet they can’t fill a prescription??? Enough of Publix and the price gouging.

The pharmacy was rude, inconsiderate, and wasted my time. I went with three prescriptions to be refilled. I stated I was going to wait the 30-45 minutes, but the pharmacy tech urged me to not wait and come back later because it would take an hour. I told her I would wait at an establishment in the plaza. She was very rude at this time and said they would text me when it was ready. Three hours later, I receive the text and go to pick up my medicine when to my surprise they didn't have 2/3 of the prescriptions. She blamed me on leaving before she could check to see if they had them even though I was at the desk for 5 min watching her enter them in and said I could have gone somewhere else which I would have if she told me sooner before waiting three hours. She was rude and inconsiderate!

I ordered two prescriptions on the app, check with pharmacy 4 days later, I was told one is ready second is on order will be in 2 days. 10 days after my order my second prescription is still not ready. Why ? I really don’t know. First I was told it was still on order than I was told it is on back order with no date of release. They offered an option to check if is available in other local Publix pharmacies . Still waiting for a news. During my last conversation with pharmacy technician I found out that her phone is not working, the ordering system is not updating on back orders, text messaging to clients with updates is not working and no one has control over it . It is rather discouraging information.

Glaciers melt faster than this pharmacy. With only two staff to cover filling scrips and taking appointments for flu and Covid shots, a simple scrip fill takes at least an hour. I’m growing moss sitting here. Otherwise it’s a nice store, and very nice though terribly overworked pharmacy staff. Putting 10 pills in a bottle just doesn’t take an hour. It just doesn’t.
