My son birthday today I go to buy cake usually I like a cheesecake from the bakery was a lady In Publix her name is Tora I ask for a cheesecake with strawberry on it. She's a start s*** with me, without reason, and very rude and unprofessional she's talked to me very rude without reason I called her manager to make a complaint he can't even talk to her she was very rude and unprofessional I don't know why Publix hired these kind of rude stuff

Normally I love this store but lately the deli service has been lacking. Ask for my cold cuts “on the thin side but not too thin” get home have a pound of shavings. They used to show you the first slice for approval on cut, no longer just shave away, sorry but really ticks me off! Next time Inwill demand to see the first slice, suggest you do the same

This location has a lot to offer, the deli section is fresh and the people behind the counter are helpful and upbeat. They have some delicious non- dairy creams here which have made drinking my coffee every day pretty epic! There's plenty of parking and the lot is well lit at night , plus they had the pineapple juice I need for my cocktail recipe. Great experience.

I was very upset to find out today that Publix Pharmacy has been sitting on my Rx for pain medicine for 10 days. I called the pharmacy and found out it has been on back-order. No date when it will be available. Meanwhile, I continue to experience real pain. It would be nice if a patient could be notified through the text system when a medication is not available and won't be available. 10 days! Yes, I was as patient as an angel. The main store is wonderful, but this pharmacy policy needs updating. Thank you.

Whatever you do, do not get assisted by "JZ" in the deli section. You can tell she hates being there, and it shows in everything she does. She is passive-aggressive, rude, and speeds through everything. She will wrap your sub and squish it. I've gone through her three times, and each time was not pleasant. If you hate your job, find a better one, don't take it out on the customers just because you have to work a Saturday. I give 5 starts because everything else is great but her.

Just went to this liquor store. Had picture of my ID and my wife had her ID and we are married. Tried to buy a bottle and she was rude and wouldn't let us purchase even if I left the store. Not coming back here
