Took my 2019 Nissan Titan platinum in after an accident. Protouch did an Absolutely incredible job with everything! The attention to detail is phenomenal! The blended paintwork is perfect I can’t tell where it started and stopped. Great people that will work with what you need. I would recommend them to anybody any day!

Perfect results at a reasonable price. Jon is top notch in his field. Works miracles on damage repairs I have brought to him that I never would have thought would come out so perfect. His prices are extremely fair and as I said, the work is absolutely top notch. I have recommended Jon to many friends and relatives and they all come back to me with stellar opinions of his work. I discovered Pro-Touch Auto Body recently after searching for someone to replace the roof on my 2008 Silverado pickup. It had rusted through and water was settling into the interior of the cabin. I chose this business based upon the outstanding reviews, and let me say I’m beyond thrilled that I did. This is a wonderful family business with a fantastic crew. Jon, his wife Amanda, and their team were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Jon and his crew did an amazing job replacing the roof in a super timely manner as well. I was quoted a very fair and honest price. I felt I could really trust Jon and his team and they didn’t disappoint. He is also very knowledgeable on the latest products and took the time to explain the different variations. I never once felt pressured one way or another to choose. Jon and Amanda even delivered my truck to my home when my husband way away for work. I will certainly be returning for more work here in the very near future!Service: Body & Trim

I would recommend them to anyone who needs painting.You get what you pay for but it is well well worth the money. They go above and beyond painting your car and adding a ceramic coating. The car will look brand new when it is done, and you will save money in the long run without having to wax it and just using plain soap and water at the car wash. Plus it will hold up to the elements real well. Jon really cares about his customers. He goes the extra mile to make sure there happy. Amanda is very efficient with communication and organization. She always calls you and communicates every step of the way. You are always in the loop. Also, forgot to add that it is very convenient that you they let you have a rental car at very fair prices. Take a lot off your plate. Where else can you rent a car while you wait and need transportation.Service: Painting

This shop should be closed down for the awful service and price gauging they do. I spoke with the owner prior to bringing a set of Jeep doors to the business and was told I would be charged $800 for disassemble sanding painting and reassemble that would take 1-2 weeks "when the schedule opens up". I found that to be reasonable so I proceeded with the transaction and delivered my fully functioning and operable Jeep doors as agreed. I did not receive any contact from the owner for two and a half months and would receive no answer when calling the "business". Upon finally making contact with the owner I was told my doors would be started on and completed within two weeks and that " things are busy because we normally work with insurance claims and don't work with private individuals". If this is the case then why even accept the job and tell me to deliver my property to you in the first place? Two weeks pass and I am told by the owner to bring cash and my doors are completed. When I arrive minutes after being contacted I find the owner is not at the shop and his employees are in a rush to take my money and give me un-completed work (the doors were fully disassembled with parts to the door handles and locks broken, all door parts are scattered on the floor where they had clearly been thrown and scratched as a result and the paint on the door is so thin bare metal was visible in patches as well as on the entire interior of the doors.). I attempt to contact the owner and explain that this is unacceptable and he for unknown reasons is unable to be reached by me or his employees. So I leave the unfinished doors and do not pay. Less than five minutes after leaving I am contacted by the owner who is upset and says he doesn't understand why I won't pay for the work that is not completed and that the paint wouldn't match unless I allow him to paint my entire Jeep(I would be stupid to do such a thing especially when I wasn't even worried about the paint not matching I just wanted the doors actually painted and didn't care about them being slightly off color). I tell him to complete the original job agreed upon and he tells me to give him another week. The owner also stated the doors just didn't look right due to him only ordering enough paint to do the exterior of the doors and he tried to stretch the paint to do the whole job (why would anyone claiming to be a pro do this?). I am contacted the day after seeing such shotty and horrible work and hear from the owner who now for some unknown reason is upset and deciding to raise his voice with me over the phone. I was then told to come pick up the doors and he and his workers were not going to do what I originally asked for, "just don't worry about the money as long as you don't leave me a bad review or some crap". I now am the proud owner of two Jeep doors that have been sanded and lightly dusted with paint that do not function and can not be put back together due to missing/ broken parts. To replace all broken or missing parts will cost me now about $1000 as well as labor putting the doors back together. If you are thinking about using this joke of a body shop DON'T!!! You'd be better off getting some spray paint at Walmart and doing it yourself (at least then you'll get the color promised instead of someone "stretching the paint out"). The greed and laziness of this establishment is sickening. (I will be sure to add photos of this mess I have been left with when I have more time my apologies.)

Worst body shop experience I've ever had. Tried to charge me double on aftermarket parts after telling me factory parts would be more expensive and that aftermarket parts won't fit right, So I obviously let them know I wanted factory/OEM parts. And they also altered the price on an aftermarket part and made it even higher, Claiming it was OEM. When I spoke with the owner and let him know what happened I was told "it is what it is" so they obviously don't care if they're scamming you or not. Told him about what his employees were doing overcharging then proceeded to block me, so I wouldn't be surprised that he knew they are overcharging unaware customers. Do yourself a favor and Take your money elsewhere. Or at least double check what you are paying for.

I worked with Jon to wrap my Tesla Model Y back in January. Jon spent quite a lot of time talking with me about options, patiently answering all of my questions, and showing me examples. We had some hiccups with the wrap vendor, and what really stood out through this process is how well and often Jon communicated status of the project with me. This gave me confidence that he was taking care of me and my vehicle. What is also important to know about working with Jon and his team is their high standards for quality. The team spent quite a lot of effort making sure my wrap job was perfect. He's got an impressive new spray-on wrap product available that we are hoping to get our Model 3 wrapped in soon (he's developing some samples). I would highly recommend using Pro-Touch. One final note, Jon has a good eye for cool design features, one of which he implemented on my Y that I absolutely love by wrapping the A and C columns across the top of the vehicle in black satin. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jon and his team.
