Kelvin and Tony each did an incredible job at responding to multiple maintenance issues throughout my apartment, even when I only requested help with one problem. On top of being so proactive and working quickly, they were kind and respectful to me and my home.

I have now been here nearly 7 months and the office team has been amazing. Most recently they have exhibited amazing response time to a maintenance issue I have experienced. And when it became apparent it could not be resolved simply "in house" they made temporary arrangements for me until the appropriate parties were able to address the situation. Kudos to Tom and Kristen!

So far the experience has been great. We vote Kristen as one of the best managers in Florida. This young lady made the application process easy. We are Seniors with little experience with computers ?. She answered all our questions and responded back to every email in a timely matter. With that being said we couldn't leave out Liz. What a beautiful young lady, when we came into the office and Kristen was not there Liz. would handle our concerns with confidence. She made us feel like Princeton Parc residents and that made us feel good. ?. We will recommend Princeton Parc because of the awesome team in the office.Thank you Kristen and Liz.Angel and Maddie ?

Be 100% sure you want to move here before applying. I applied in September 2023 & decided not to go with this apartment and was sent straight to collections for an admin fee of 350 dollars because I chose not to move in. I immediately set up a payment plan with the agency so that it wouldn’t go on my report & I have paid on time & the money is automatically drawn out of my account. I have receipts for proof, never paid late & never missed a payment. Now it’s January 2024 & I have 1 last payment due next month & they just put this on my credit report as a collection today. When I called to inquire about why would they put this on my report now when I’ve been making my payments on time and I am almost done I was told by the collection agency that this apartment complex has now requested that it be put onto my report. I thought the whole point of paying your bill and on time was to prevent you from going to collections but apparently even if you pay the bill you are screwed and it will be on your credit report no matter what. Mind you again that this is all because I chose not to move in, I didn’t sign a lease or anything like that and still got charged. So imagine if I did. Don’t make the mistake I did and apply if you are not 100% sure because they will mess up your credit.

I've lived here 4 months and I'm very pleased with the complex. I had one minor maintenance issue and it was promptly addressed the next day. There's a nice pool and a really nice workout room with everything you need. The pool stays open year-round, which I like.I have a one bedroom apartment. The buildings are very well constructed. I don't hear the neighbors. The complex is very well maintained, shrubbery and other plants are trimmed on a regular basis. The property is safe and secure. And the people that live here are very quiet. The staff in the office and the maintenance staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful community, the ladies in the office are amazing! I felt very welcome and comfortable right from the start! Even from maintenance, before I even got the key to my door! so excited about my journey here!

Check out the photos. From what I witnessed as a visitor, I am sorry for residents who have already signed a lease. Overlooking bad reviews was my family member’s only mistake. They are very smart for doing their revenue-making business at the end of the lease, after you’ve likely left a good review because maintenance is great (they go above and beyond, giving them raises would practically justify robbing tenants). Their business model is to charge you at the end. The other honest reviews were charged around the same amount, so I’m assuming it’s a default amount in attempt to milk you before you go. Remember to dispute. If we didn’t know our landlord-tenant relationship statutes, we would have ended up with charges like Julia. I cried when they had to admit they were simply trying to take as much money as they ~thought~ they legally could. Be smart and you will be fine dealing with bad business. Best to avoid it, though ;) I get that making more money is more important than happy tenants, but please don’t try to insult my family’s intelligence Kristen. You don’t know everyone’s background. Happy home-searching, everyone!

I liked the environment and even the location right there on Dairy Rd, but word got out about the scheming business that goes on here. We don’t have to live there to know, it’s public information at this point. The area is so nice, it’s really such a shame they don’t continue being friendly after you sign the lease. The students that live(d) there warned us because we’re college students, we don’t have time or money for schemes. The switch from nice to careless is so eerie when you move in… It could be a cool college horror story, but I certainly don’t want to live in it. A letter from Princeton Parc is actually circulating at the moment because they had to admit they asked for bogus charges at move-out. The charges got disputed, but still keep in mind the greedy business you choose to handle. Especially if you’re a student, please stay safe guys!
