This is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my high-energy, show dog. Tony and Yolanda always prioritize the best interest of the dogs. My dog loves coming here and loves all the employees!!

The staff is great and my dog was always cared for and loved. Unfortunately she had contracted kennel cough twice in the last year there. The first time I brought it to their attention in hopes they would inform other pet owners but instead they claimed it was due to the breed of dog I have. My dog never had an issue at any other daycare/boarding facility. For the health of my dog I no longer feel comfortable bringing her there.

I absolutely LOVE Preppy Pet! The owners Yolanda and Tony are there every day and are passionate about what they do; they truly care for your pets well being. I have been brining my dog and cat (cat off and on when I go out of town) for over two years now. I can recall a time when my dog who is currently 11 was having tummy issues, turns out he has pancreatitis. Had an accident while at day care (he goes daily while I work) he had rice earlier that morning which made it look like worms. Tony called every number listed trying to get ahold of me and even called my mother who is also a client to track me down. He was so worried about my little guy he was getting ready to take him to the vet. Luckily I told Tony it was just rice so to keep an eye on him they had my little guy stay up front with them (with my permission of course). This morning was cold, rare for Florida causing my little guys arthritis to bother him, so they carried him back and kept a watchful eye on him and said if he was having problems, they would put him in a separate area so it didn't get aggravated further. Luckily, he was fine and played with all his friends. Every morning my dog gets so excited to go today care he does a "Happy Howl" as soon as we pull into the parking lot. When he sees Tony and Yolanda getting out of their car, he does another "Happy Howl" he absolutely loves them and going to Preppy Pet. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)

Took my dog here, dog came home with a bunch of injuries, I could see on the pet cams that my dog was being mauled. It took 3 hours for me to reach anyone about this, and I ended up having to take the dog to the vet due to my dog ending up with an infection due to the injuries their negligence caused. Not only did my dog get mauled and traumatized, but now I had to spend hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Never taking my dog here again!

They took good care of my dog. It was 1 night stay. I just wish it would be possible to see the dog suite. There was no tour.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owners are disrespectful and mistreat the pets that come here.I am not a friend of any previous employees and watched the male owner literally lift a dog in the air by it leash. Furthermore if you actually treated people correctly you would not be thinking this was a disgruntled employee or a friend of one

My mom took my dog here and when we picked him up he was acting weird and skittish and every time we tried to touch him he would coward down like he was abused here. I will never take my baby back here and I'm reporting them to news and BBB

Tony and his staff are amazing with my dogs. I can tell my dogs enjoy being there. I have been using Preppy Pets for years and have not ever had a bad experience. I feel so at ease leaving my babies there when I go out of town.

Preppy Pet does such a wonderful job of taking care of my 3 babies. Whether daycare, boarding or bathing, my guys aren't afraid when they walk I to PPs door!

Boarded my dogs there a couple of times. One of my dogs is special needs and requires medication to be administered twice a day. After picking up my dog for a one night stay I realized that my dog was only given one pill from the evening medication and they completely missed the morning pills. Needless to say I called and was told that they would have to check the cameras, two days passed and when they called back they had no explanation and offered no compensation and did not even offer to remove the fee for the medication administration I was charged. Instead of arguing with a customer they need to learn some common customer service basics. The fact that I had to take my dog to the vet because she went into a multiple seizure episode was never even acknowledged. I was told they would call me back and I never heard anything back.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Booked two kennels for three days during Thanksgiving for our three dogs. Our vacation plans changed and I called to cancel our reservation and was told the $150 was non-refundable. We have never been charged for cancelling anywhere else before. If we had canceled right before the date, I can see being charged. But three weeks before is ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money booking with them.

First time I left Mr. Bruno at Preppy Pets for boarding. I am happy to report the facility was very clean. I knew Bruno was safe and well taken care off .

Buncha skata! Got a special feeding schedule for your dog? Forget it! They mix up all the dogs food into their bowls for one serving every day. Buncha crooks, don't let em take your dogs in. They don't care. Your dogs diet doesn't matter to them, and those puppies sleep on the hard floor.
