Great experience! After visiting two other dealers the day before and having subpar experiences, my experience at Porsche of Melbourne was wonderful - and I ended up buying a new car. They were friendly, professional, and worked with me on the price to make me feel like they valued my business. This might be the beginning of me being a long-term Porsche customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

Ryan and Joseph tracked down several issues we had with our “unicorn” 2008 6 speed cayenne and solved all except a software issue that Porsche is coming up with. We’ll definitely be going back for all future services.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Porsche Melbourne. Several issues with my vehicle were not resolved despite multiple visits, and the responses from management were unsatisfactory. Contacting the manager does nothing to address concerns, all he does is excused poor service with lame excuses, so I would appreciate it if that was not suggested. This experience has severely shaken my trust in their service quality. I cannot recommend Porsche Melbourne and advise others to be cautious as well.

Customer service is very poor, they would treat you like if they are doing you a favor or something. When the manager finally reaches out when something goes wrong, is just to give you a long list of excuses that I honestly have no time to deal with. I can pay the 6K worth of service to any shop and would get better results.
