Overall experience was good belonging made it undamaged ...was told one thing on the phone and low and behold it wasn't true ...cost an extra month of storage ...no contact for a resolution just and email stating they reviewed and was closed

Easiest and smoothest move made. Order included 2 each 16’ & 1 each 8’ container. Pick up and delivery guys from CA & FL were outstanding. Communication and online services were excellent. Would recommend to anyone moving themselves.

I was charged close to a $1000 more than quoted. Plus, the container arrived late initially to my residence. Then because there were pick up issues, the comments were logged as my request not drive scheduling issues. I ended up having to reschedule my move to my new home for three weeks. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Quoted $7400 for whole move then told on shipping day that actually we said it wrong it’s an additional $8800…If I knew that we would have just hired a moving company!

Pods is the only way to go when you are moving! Order your PODs in stages then store until your new home is ready. Then restage the return delivery at your convenience. Items did not shift, and were as we packed them. The Drivers were all very pleasant and informative, Excellent customer service from the first phone encounter to the last pick-up.

Paperwork was a mess (impossible to read weight tickets) and billing was quite confusing. For long distance moves you have to secure financing yourself if you dont wanna spend $10k straight out of pocket, which is a pain. The website freezes often and the scheduling part of the website never worked. The plus side - the drivers were on time and the container was easy to use. Much easier than driving with a uhaul.

Mostly good. If there is damage, take pictures and report it immediately. We assumed the driver would do that then were asked to document it after the fact. That was frustrating.

lied to me about delivery date on front end. pods was delivered a week early at back end and no one knows why. charged for locks we never received and no refund. overall bad expierience

I had to wait 14 days to get my deposit back and the customer service was very rude.
I will never ever ever deal with this company ever again !!!

Was thr most expensive way I ever moved. Was a good $1300 in transportation fees and rent plus still had to have a uhaul truck.
