Our crooked government designated PNC as a "Too-Big-To-Fail" Bank under Dodd/Frank. That means when this bank declares bankruptcy, you get STOCK in a failed Bank, not a check for your funds.
So I closed my account by writing a check for the balance. They continue to charge fees and won't close the account till I pay.

There is no PNC branch close to downtown Melbourne. I have been using the branch in Indialantic for several years . However they no longer offer drive thru or walk in tellers so I will be leaving to find a real bank.ntic for several

PNC Bank offers: No drive through, No tellers, and and very wet experience. Not a good move to force your people to come in and bank with an ATM machine.Get in line and get wet at your local PNC bank...

I’ve been a member of PNC for over 8 years now. I’ve had to resort to using this branch as many others have closed. I’ve never had a good experience. From not being able to get anything notarized, rude tellers and nasty employees asking me if they can show me how to use the ATM! Sometimes I need a human to help me not an ATM and maybe employees who aren’t condescending. Looking for another bank to do business with.

Was in this Branch around 11am to resolve an issue with the PNC application not allowing me to Online Banking.I was then taking care by Martha, who is an asset because she is bilingual10 years in PNC and understand the Spanish speaking culture since thins are different and she makes easier in particular for new comers, so she did a review in the system and also called Customer services online so finally the issue was resolved for my complete satisfaction was outline the positive attitude in providing a great Customer Services.Thanks again you get 5 starsGERARD DE SOLA

This branch has really gone down. Awful customer service! Even considered leaving PNC all together because of this branch location. Had to go to another location just to get my questions answered. If you are going to bank with PNC don't waste your time with this branch location.
