With a quick Google search you'll see PNC Bank is top of the list when it comes to best major banks for small business.Very friendly staff, however I can't speak highly enough about the manager of the Sarno Rd location, Pam, who handles business accounts. Pam is all you need and is SO helpfull if you are starting a new business in Melbourne Fl or Brevard County. If you aren't sure where to start, start by talking to Pam at PNC Bank on Sarno!

I made a visit to this location last week, mind you I’ve been a PNC member for quite a while; I just relocated to the Melbourne area after being involved in a hit and run crash back in July and needed a notary for an assistance application for my rent. I know that it’s free for member because space coast does the same for their members. I had visited this location before to make a deposit a couple weeks prior to my last weeks visit and my antenna where all the way up. At the visit I walk in I wasn’t greeted by the cashier who was white got up and immediately walked away I was greeted by a what may have seem to be a Hispanic banker and another teller who was also seeming of Hispanic decent. They took forever to deposit the $250 deposit and then proceeded to try and change the mood by being friendly. This last weeks visit was the one that took the cake, I walk in same thing with the same white teller but this time she stayed and I asked for the notary, knowing that this document is able to be notarized and I didn’t need the approval for the branch manager to approve the notary she took ten minutes looking at the form back and forth referencing what appeared to be an approval list turns around says they can’t notarized it and that I can go to and it to pay when they could’ve did it for free. I ended up calling the New Haven location and got it notarized there. Typical discrimination and disrespect for minority people in 2022. I hope something gives because this area is FULL of minorities and we deserve respect as much as anyone else.

The bank is a 4 star, with not so helpful teller staff. But Victor is totally a 5 star employee!! His patience with other customers was witnessed while we waited, and his attentiveness to our banking needs was efficient, informative and most helpful.

Love this bank and all the employees there. They are all overly helpful and have really bent over backwards for me. Pamela Peeples is the branch manager over there and she leads with helpfulness and a positive attitude. They are the best

It’s crazy, I feel so belittled when I go to this bank. I know it’s because my race. I’m a black woman that owns a small business but they make sure I don’t feel encouraged for that. My mom actually got me to bank with them because I come take her there all the time. One specific day we were at the drive through and she was withdrawing money. It was taking a while. I wasn’t sure why. About 15 minutes later the bank manager (Last name Peoples) walks out the back door and asked my mom was she ok and was she being held against her will. Mind you, I had a bank account here as well. This is definitely my last year with them.

Personnel at this location were both pleasant, and competent. Problem is parent PNC. I made it clear from the beginning that if PNC charges me a fee to keep my $$ in their bank, that will not work for me.Last week PNC charged me $15 to keep my $3,500 in their bank. That was rude. Bye-bye, PNC.

It is an ok bank if you don't mind the monthly bank fees. But the staff are exceptional. If you are more concerned about keeping more of your hard earned revenue it may not be my recommended bank. There are more banks today with no bank fees for keeping your money.
