These guys know their stuff about working n bikes. I am able to change oil on mine, but for anything beyond that I take it to an expert. Troy is the owner and head mechanic and very good at serving motorcycles. My wife's Harley Davidson Deluxe was recently due for a service and new back tire so we brought it in. I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.

I had a good experience up till the point where I ordered a part through them from one of their vendors. It was months and months with only being told the product was on a boat in the ocean off the coast. I asked for a refund and was denied my money and still without my part to install. The reason behind the denial was the vendor charged them for the part already. So they couldn't give me my money back. That is not how business works. You as a business can refundd the customer and get with the vendor for a refund. Much like if something doesn't arrive that you order from eBay or Amazon. Supremely disappointed. I will not be using their services again sadly

I took my bike there because of a stripped bolt on my rear taillight bracket. Troy took a look at it and went to work on it. It was tedious but he fixed it. I was very impressed and appreciative. Brought my bike back for fluid change and brake service. Again he got right to it. Had a delay with oil delivery which he let me know right away. Picked up bike next day. Very fair prices and expertise workmanship. I highly recommend taking your bike there for repairs and service. Troy is a pleasure to do business with and I won't take my bike anywhere else. Thank you so very much. John S.

Great people, we needed handle bars as they broke on our way to bike week and they had what we needed, got us in and did a great job. They were very friendly and I will go back if I ever need anything when I come back to Florida.

Wow wow wow. So I bought a 2015 Gsxs 750 today thanks to pjs shop. It’s run by a nice gentleman and his mom. They’re super pleasant people to be around and way more then willing to help you out with whatever your motorcycle needs are. Super fast super professional knows what he’s doing like the back of his hand. He made sure the bike I bought was more then able to go for my 100 mile ride home. Regardless, I live in clermont and go through hell looking for a good mechanic. From now on this is the one.

While in for repair, our bike was wrecked. Troy received over $8000 from insurance company to fix the bike. After 6 months, we had to take possession of our bike because instead of fixing the bike, he spent the insurance money on back rent., according to Troy. So now we are having to pay to fix the bike with no insurance money. Thank you Troy. You suck!

In November, 2019, after purchasing a Harley Street glide that had been sitting for a couple years, we took it to PJ'S to flush the fluids and some small repairs. We also had Troy purchase and install a new radio. Total was over $1000. After getting the bike back, it broke down the 1st time I rode it. So, we trailered it back to PJ's. I believe it is January by the time we got the bike back the 1st time. Well, the mechanic took the bike for a test ride after repairing it and crashed it. That's right. He crashed it. Hey, accidents happen. He was a little banged up but is OK. PJ Cycles insurance sent him a check for over $8000 to fix the bike. It is now June and Troy can't pay the painter to get the nonmechanic parts that had to be repainted. Turns out, according to Troy, he paid his back rent with the money and couldn't give me a time frame as to when I could get my bike. I only know this because I called him. In7 months, Troy has not made 1 phone call to us except the one when he told us the bike had been crashed and I believe it was his mother that made that call. Anyway, after going to PJs to take possession of the bike,we are paying over $2000 to get the painter, RattleKan Customs, who is completely AWESOME, to put the bike back together. Also, we have discovered that parts were replaced with much cheaper parts. Example is my Rinehart exhaust is now some shifty cheap one. Front floorboards are aftermarket Amazon crap. Needless to say I am suing PJ Cycles. It is my recommendation that no one take their ride to PJ Cycles. By the way, he doesn't even deserve the 1 star i gave him.

I done messed up when I stripped the threads on the oil tank of my Royal Enfield Continental GT. I did not want to screw it up further so I brought my bike to PJs Cycles since it was near the climbing gym I went to. The people I spoke to were very friendly, and I could not be happier with my experience. Within a week my bike was ready to roll. They sent me a thank you card later too! I should have written a review a while ago... I saw the other review and had to share my opposing experience. I'd be happy to recommend PJ Cycles to my friends!
