I had my oil changed here and they recommended replacing my oil plug. I took their advice and paid them to replace it. 7 days later the plug fell out, causing catastrophic engine failure according to Ford dealership. New engine from Ford quoted at over 20k. They refuse to take any responsibility for this. Currently involved in litigation with them since 6 months or so now. Buyer beware.
