Was here today 8/30 at 8:50am for a basic car wash and vacuum and the man working came up while I was paying for my car wash and he reached his hand in my car and I had to ask him TWICE to not put his arm in my car. After he tried to tell me they don’t take Chime Visa cards. He then acted offended that I didn’t feel safe him reaching into my car and said “oh jeez”. This is not okay. Will not be back after today.

They provide a scrub brush with bug removal to scrub your front car ? area before you go through the car ? wash right now Their car wash is seven 7️⃣ dollars ? which is reasonable compared to other car ? wash places it’s convenient on the corner of Sarno and US one 1️⃣ in Melbourne, the only thing that I would suggest would be a canopy as your cleaning your car ? in the morning it gets quite hot in the summertime ?

Father’s Day fiasco,, I have been a loyal customer since they opened the doors. Last Wednesday I got rushed through the bay and I felt like the attendant didn’t line me up correctly. Long story short ,, I got stuck in the bay and my car beat to you know what. The machine was reset 3 times until I had to drive myself out and I could hear the grind on the left side of my car as the machine was trying to push me until it completely gave up. Well I spoke with the Mgr. Steve and expressed if my car checks out fine I am good and if not I will let you know. Well she has a wobble and I called tired Kingdom to discuss a wheel alignment and replace the 2 tires that was stressed. I didn’t discuss the beat up car doors from the continued impact by me sitting in one place. I asked the Mgr. Steve today about replacing the 2 tires and a wheel alignment. He acknowledged the situation we watched the video and he proceeded to say I am sorry but we are not paying for anything. Even though I see everything that transpired on the video. So I thanked him and told him I will be i touch for my beat up doors and pursue the replacement of tires from the stress. So be careful people when going to this car wash if you ever get lined up wrong and stuck in the bay while you’re car gets beat to you know what. And you end up driving yourself out they will tell you so what. So I will be seeing them in court. Car washers be ware .

Great. Free towel in the bucket. Pre wash scrub with long handles to get the love bugs OFF. Staff friendly. Wish the place was bigger because it’s so great!

I got the $10 wash. My car looks great. I normally do the $7 wash but today they had the $20 wash for $10. I like they provide clean rags and a brush to scrub car before it’s washed.

Leaves the car wet and a lot of hard water spots after every wash I keep finding new paint chips which I never had before. The roller brushes seem to be doing more harm then good. Half of the vacuums seem to work at one time

I used to go here with a membership. Last time my car came out awful. Dryer didn’t work. I went to go through again and explain why and I was treated poorly. There was another customer frustrated with the lack of drying as well and you have to bring your own towel to dry. The place is convenient but maybe going downhill.
