Personal Touch Countertops recently did my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. They are very attentive and patient, answered all my questions, they have a very friendly and kind staff, and everything was done in a timely manner. The entire process went smoothly and I am very happy with the way everything turned out. I highly recommend Personal Touch Countertops!

We hired Personal Touch Countertops to remove corian kitchen countertops and replace them with granite ones. I found them easy to work with and trustworthy. They were timely in their appointments for measuring, estimating and completing the job. The job included a bar section and a lower section of countertops (plus a couple of small sections next to the stove). The replacement granite fit very well into the exact space of the corian sections removed. Everything looks very good, and we are very satisfied with the completed project.

All the staff at Personal Touch countertops are very nice, specially the owner Luciano. I can see that They work really hard, and always have us customers in their minds. They have a top notch installer named Fabrício which is also very nice. I strongly recommend this company.

I have been using Personal Touch Countertops for over 5 years now and they amaze me every single time with their professionalism and attention to detail. Cannot express enough how quick and easy the process is from choosing your stone to installation. The front office ladies are amazing to work with and the atmosphere makes you feel welcomed every time. Just had a less than desirable experience with Personal Touch. Their fabrication was less than desirable and when I called about it they weren’t even willing to reduce the price. So I paid full price for a remnant that wasn’t fabricated properly. Not happy. Won’t do business with them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them. Really unfortunate. Product itself is beautiful.

Highly recommend. Service and communication were excellent throughout the entire process. Due to a supplier issue, the quartz I had ordered was not going to be delivered on time for my install schedule, so Personal Touch allowed me to substitute a higher priced stone for my original cost. On the day of the install, the owner drove to Orlando to pick it up at (no charge to me), and then they fabricated and installed it on the same day! Installation of kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you!

These people are so nice and professional. They handle first time visitors very well, offering to show slabs and explaining potential options like using remnants. There's no pressure to go with more expensive options; they truly seem to just want you to come away satisfied with the product. The buying process is straightforward, and I'm now a repeat customer.

I know, I don't post often, but when a business does such a great job it must be acknowledged.We just had our new granite installed by PT and everything went smooth and quick (earlier than estimated). The measure/template guy let us work with him as he built the model in his tablet so the angles were just right. They ask questions throughout the process to make sure they were doing what WE wanted and kept encouraging us to call if we needed anything. Every time I did call the phone was answered immediately with a person that could answer my question on the spot or take the action I needed - EVERY SINGLE TIME.The install went quick, but careful and thorough - if ANYTHING didn't go exactly as they planned they stopped and assessed the situation and would bring me in on the decision making process with suggestions ready to go.It turned out absolutely perfectly and I can't thank them enough for genuinely caring about doing a good job the right way.

The service and installation from Personal Touch was excellent, but the countertops material itself, not so great. We got MSI Calacatta Venice quartz countertops in our kitchen and I would never get MSI products again if this is any indication of their quality. It stains easily and just doesn't have the same look and quality as other quartz materials. We have had quartz in another house and have quartz bathroom countertops from a different manufacturer in out bathrooms and they are great. When we called Personal Touch to explain the problem with the kitchen countertops, they recommended using SoftScrub for stubborn stains. I don't want any stains, but could understand if we left wine sitting for along time or somethings, but almost everything stains these and they start looking dingy after awhile.
