It's low income so you going to have alot of smoking in the hallways etc. I seen people smoking jn hallways etc.

I have been at Parkway Place the longest, (13-years), and not only have they been giving regular rental increases of $75-$100.00 every 4-months, but they refuse to give you 2-months' notice, so you are "Trapped" into paying it, even if you can't afford to paying it; this violates your "Fair Housing Rights". They will tell you your rent will increase on the 15th-of-the-month OR LATER. In addition, they refuse to give you a copy of you lease and your lease renewals, they will put the cost of A 90-PAGE-DOCUMENT ON YOU! I have lived in 5-major cities and NEVER experience people behaving this way. Since I've been here, I've had my car broken into, destroyed the steering column (and tried to steal it) and sheriff refused to do anything about it. Up until the past year, this apartment complex sounds like a "Catina", and I never slept, it was PARTY, PARTY, PARTY all the time and there are people smoking weed on the bottom steps; the neighbor-HOOD, over the wall is all gangs of ***! and come over to our building and throw bombs into the breezeway. And when the lease manager saw my review, she laid a major guilt trip on ME and told me SHE was hurt! *If you value your sanity and peace of mind *DON'T LIVE HERE ....

SCAMMERS. These people scam hard working single parents out of application fees and probably scam the government too. I should have read the reviews before applying. Buyer beware. FYI-$19.33 x 2080 = $40, 206

I was reading some of the reviews.I just started the process of trying to move here.Rose, the property manager, has been absolutely wonderful to me, and she is helping me, going out of her way, because I am disabled I need a little more help with certain things.Rose has been wonderful. She responded to me right away.This is the 1st place to take the time to help. I have been dealing with a lot of apartment management, and she has been the best.Life is not easy for anyone right now. But she has made it smooth so far.I thought everyone would appreciate positive feedback.

Too much nuisances now .be careful hard to get hold of any at office . Corporate office is worst. I called many times to them never got call back or a email reply from them. maintenance is very bad . If you wanna do Laundry there you have to do it at your own risk. Most of the time laundry doesn't work.its your loss you don't get refund .Office staff don’t help you.When i moved out i got charge to 2 months rent plus $300 for cleaning.even though my apartment rent to some one in3 days . smell in my apartment they claimed because of cooking which was wrong. It was causing due to chemical was sprayed for honeybee nest which was founded between walls.

I’ve been calling unable to get a call I come on my day off just to see a sign saying they’ll be back at 2:30 it’s 3pm… came back still no sign of anyone it’s now almost 4pm really disappointed

Maintenace is worst . When u call noone answer call or call back . Inside Laundry room none of the waser working correctly . Have reported to the office couple times no one is doing anyting about . They alway have some excuse

Have tried to contact this place many times and no one calls me back or emails me at all. Would love to know how much the rent is and to see if anything is available for this month or the beginning of August. The place looks nice online

I submitted an application at the end of May. Can I say I was racially profiled yes I think I can because I was until today's date my application was never submitted and the $85.00 Money Order has not been processed unbelievable I was told that there will be a wait list but because I'm Latin I was not even going to be on it. I have inquired about my application several times via phone and email with no response the property manager never made and effort to do anything. So I went over her head and spoke to her regional manager and explained what happened I decided not to continue the process due to it was my application was never process from the beginning and just the thought of was else can happen while living there with a Property manager who only accept Caucasians to live there.
