Palm Casual Patio Furniture store in Melbourne recently repaired our PVC pool furniture "under warranty" at no cost. They replaced five cracked fittings. The furniture was at least ten years old and I'm not sure it was even purchased at their store. Excellent service and very nice people. We bought our porch table and chairs there about four years ago. Very comfortable, high quality and holding up nicely at the ocean.

They went above and beyond, needed a patio set in a rush before the holiday and they delivered within that week Outstanding . We even went back to look for an end table and we were able to take it home that day . Excellent service

Recently, Palm Casual stood behind their warranty and replaced a rung on our 1998 glider at no charge, with a smile! ? After being in the heat of Florida since 1998, our glider needed a little TLC. We have owned Palm Casual furniture since 1996 and can attest to the top quality, fair pricing, and remarkable durability of the products. The customer service is phenomenal, and that was further reinforced by our most recent transaction. Heather and Joseph Coughlin are a great team. Absolutely beautiful outdoor furniture. You pick your furniture, you pick the fabric, then in two to four weeks you have your furniture delivered to your home. Expensive? Yes, but their warranty is outstanding and well worth it.

While out looking for patio furniture, we stopped and shopped at a few of the patio furniture stores in town. We decided that even though they all pretty much offered what we were looking for, we decided to buy at Palm Casual, we actually had the opportunity to speak with the young man that builds the furniture we were looking to buy. Unfair Pricing-BUYER BEWARE - Melbourne location quote prices much higher than other Palm Casual locations. Call other locations before you buy at this one.To the owner, if this is a family owned store, some of your workers at the Melbourne location do not espouse your family values. They are using price discrimination tactics (the action of selling the same product at different prices to different buyers, in order to maximize sales and profits) on your customers and prices are not consistent with your other stores.This is bad practice and although not illegal to change prices, their actions compromise the integrity and brand of your company. Proverbs 11:1 - The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him.I was in the area so I stopped by the Melbourne location to take another look at the Captiva and the Grand Palm furniture I had seen at another Palm Casual location. I really liked the Grand Palma set and decided to purchase since I was there, so I asked the salesman for the price (please note prices are not displayed on the furniture). He spent about 15 minutes writing them down (see attached photo).He quoted the club chair at $809. I mentioned I’ve researched, visited and called other Palm Casual locations and they all quoted $599 for the same exact chair and set.He tells the manager, and Carter follows me out the door and insist he can match the price, he just needs to know the locations I received the pricing from. Are you kidding me. I would give 0 stars just for Carter's unprofessional interactions alone.I also question which type of customers that come to this location are quoted higher prices. So Sad. Worth repeating - Proverbs 11:1 - The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him.

I have purchased all my patio furniture from Palm Casual in West Melborne. The service is great, excellent customer service. It is high quality furniture and insured for life. I highly recommended them especially in the West Melbourne shop.

Walked in on a Saturday morning, and the place was empty, so we were comfortable taking our time. There was a kind employee to answer our questions, but they gave us all the time and space we desired.

Took 2 patio chairs to be repaired to the Rockledge/Viera location. They said the repair would cost about $40, which was odd, since they have a lifetime guarantee, but we accepted it. The next day we got a call asking if we had purchased the set at their location. We said we got them in Melbourne, not in Viera. So the Viera people said it would be too difficult for them to repair the chairs, and that they wouldn't touch them, and we have to go back to the store and pick them up. Yesterday we had family in town that could help us transport the chairs to Viera, but today we have to try to manage by ourselves. Terrible customer service, and I would never recommend Palm Casual to anyone again.
