This is my second time buying a car from palm auto sale and once again it was a great experience .the salesman Kyle was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend this place more. will definitely be going back for future purchases.

I have been in a tight spot for a while, have some credit issues, and needed a full sized truck. Kyle was able to get me into the truck I wanted, at fair terms, and best of all, quickly! I never expected to walk-in and drive away in a matter of a couple hours. I definitely recommend.

They sold me a 2021 Jeep Renegade and it’s turned out to be a lemon. 6 months after getting the car the gas pump failed and I couldn’t see how much gas was in my car. It took me 5 months to get it fixed because they said it was on backorder. Besides the gas pump, the car is breaking down on me with only 23,000 miles and they sold it to me with 9,000 miles. Avoid at all cost. They do not even check their vehicles and will use silver tongue to tell you different. Bunch of scammers and liars. Avoid avoid avoid

Purchased a vehicle from them earlier this week and they were amazing! Our salesperson, Jeff, worked with my far from perfect credit and limited down payment to put me in a vehicle that I was indeed excited to drive away in! He walked us through the whole process (cause, hey, adulting is hard guys!) with zero pressure and zero stress. Everything is handled right there at the lot. He even had resources to help find the best deals on car insurance rates. Zero dealer fees, warranty, the whole nine yards in roughly less than 3 hours. Jeff was such a an enthusiastic individual and treated us exceptionally well! I hope I have the opportunity to do business with them again!!!

Im so blessed…. 1st I have to say thank you sooooo Much Johnny Dale for setting the deal up. Its been a hard weekend with my car catching fire and I was in big need of a reliable car and fast. The Palm Auto Sales crew wasted no time with figuring out the perfect plan for my new beautiful Lexus! The patience and love and the joke kept all my sad tears away! Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Kyle and the palm auto sales team for helping me buy me first vehicle. Kyle helped me get a 2018 ram 1500 as a 18 year old with fair credit and no co-signer. Most places told me I would need a co-signer but Kyle kept searching and was able to find a bank that would accept me and I am so grateful for that. They have amazing customer service and have 0 DEALER FEES!! they also have very affordable and fair priced vehicles and are willing to help you even when your struggling. Would highly recommend you buy from here they are wonderful and have a really easy process as well. Will most definitely buy from here again eventually down the road. So again huge thanks to palm auto sales and especially Kyle.
