They plugged in the device to diagnose the check engine light. Showed me what was available to work. It did!!! The employee named Austin is awesome!

I used to work at Autozone for five years. The Customer Service here has grown considerably better over the past few years compared to your competitors down the road. The sales people and commercial sales have a better grasp, meaning, and understanding of true customer service.
I called and spoke to both Austin and your store manager on advice relating to the new Valvoline oil . Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant experience from a challenged person.

My brake light was burned out and Austin replaced bulbs on both sides for me. He was sooo kind and friendly. Thank you Austin…you are the best!!!!

Went to 4 stores to help with windshield wipers and they could not find the correct wipers. Phillip not only found the right ones he took the time to put the correct clips on and put them on the car. Total life saver!

Had a great experience here with every employee so far. Customer service oriented and friendly. Shout out to Don for doing a great job cutting my rotors and drums. Reminds me of what auto parts stores used to be like when staffing was focused on customer service and knowledge base. Thanks fellas!

They have an exceptional crew who are very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, HONEST. Unlike most of the other auto parts stores, they do not make me feel uncomfortable when I have questions about my car. They are now my go-to for all my car issues.
