I purchased my dress and couple months after started second thinking if it was the perfect dress for me. I was told dresses could not be exchanged ( I did not have the dress altered) I completely understand that, the reason for my rating is the lack of help or communication from owner to help resolve the issue not even to show me other options.

The most beautiful shop and bridal experience! Sierra is amazing to work with and provided updates through the process. Her dresses are all stunning and she definitely has an eye for her client's style.

This shop is AMAZING. I ordered my dress through their shop and it took a lot longer than expected, not because of them, but because of the designer. I was able to text them to get updates, and as my date got closer, I will admit I became a bit of a pest, constantly checking in on when it would be arriving. But through it all they were so patient, kind, and sweet. If you want to feel special and well taken care of (even in stressful circumstances, which if you’re planning a wedding, you know well) I 1000% recommend Olivia Bowen Bridal! Such sweethearts!??

Where do I even begin other than if u are looking for a happy Bridal experience, don't come here. Its been 6 months since my wedding and im still upset looking at my photos. I ordered my dress in March with a November wedding date. Giving us 8 months. I was told my dress would be ready in September, possibly sooner. Every month that went by I asked for an update and never received one, only "I'll get back to u", the week to pick up my dress finally approaches and I reach out to confirm my dress arrived. She tells me the dress was delayed and cannot give me any other information on when it'll arrive. I ask every single day after that for an update and she tells me she doesn't have one yet. I finally get tracking information from her and watch as the dress tries to deliver to her shop twice without her being there to receive it. Worried I wait for a response wondering if I will ever get my dress, I now have 4 weeks until my wedding date when I pick up the dress. NOT enough time for alterations even with her knowing I am making multiple changes to the dress. She tells me not to worry she's got me in with her seamstress. I arrive at her seamstress and the look of horror when I told the seamstress my wedding date.... She said that's impossible but she will try. I pick up my dress from the seamstress on October 30, 5 DAYS before my wedding. The alterations did not come out right at all. I cried all the way home. I remember her telling me most brides get their dresses days before their wedding so i shouldnt worry, what she failed to tell me was these brides had probably already gone through multiple alterations and were waiting for the final result or didn't need much alterations to begin with. Had I had more time maybe I could've gotten my dream dress. Instead I went home crying removed all the alterations and wore a stock gown on my wedding day, which was not the plan for that dress. I was hesitant to write a review cause I am happily married would've been happy to do so in a paper bag but I feel I was robbed of the bridal experience. For the amount of money I paid, i wish I could've worn my dream dress.

Olivia Bowen Bridal was the first boutique I went to, to find my dream dress! Sierra was amazing and helped me find the dress of my dreams! With just a few inspirational photos she was able to find the right dress for me! She made this day absolutely perfect! She did an amazing job in finding different variations of the dresses I loved, to allow myself to see the different shapes and flows of dresses on my body, she educated me on all of the different ways we could adjust the dress to make it more for me! I would 100% recommend this adorable boutique to anyone in a heart beat! Thank you Sierra for helping me find my dress, I can’t wait to wear it on my special day!!

We went to this shop after having some not so pleasant experiences at other shops in the area, and we immediately felt SO much more comfortable in this shop. We were the only ones in the shop and the owner was the one helping us and she is an absolute ANGEL. We left the store with the perfect dress, and we will 100% be giving this shop our business again in the future. 1000/10 would recommend!!

The only way for me to write a review is to give Sierra the minimum of 1 star.
I purchased my gown in May of 2023. Paid in full. I was told it could take 6-8 months for the dress to be made and sent out to her.
She lacks communication and professionalism. Timelines are not her strong point either. She told me my dress would be in mid January. Mid January I don’t hear from her so I text her. It was like pulling teeth to communicate with her about getting my dress. She was late to the appointment for me picking up my dress. She then told me her seamstress could get me in, which she could not because it was 26 days before my wedding.
When at a different Seamstress later that evening, after picking up my dress, the Seamstress hands me the train, which is covered in black filth, and is disgustingly dirty. It appears she must have gotten my new gown mixed up with the floor sample. Of course she denied that. I requested a brand new dress be overnighted. I reached out to the designer myself to express my frustrations through this entire process.
The next day I was told the address would be overnighted. I received my second (brand new gown this time), on 2/22. 23 days before my wedding day. I also had to cancel a bridal photo shoot as the seamstress could not get me in, until 2/26.
My advice would be to stay as far away from this bridal shop as possible. She is nothing but drama and is unable to do her job. If it weren’t for me blowing up her phone, I’m sure my dress would still be sitting in the warehouse, no bride should ever go through what I had to go through, For their wedding gown. Dealing with Sierra, and receiving my wedding gown was as far from magical as you can get.

This was my very first boutique looking for a wedding dress and I did not think I would find THE PERFECT dress so quickly! There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from and Sierra made the whole experience that much easier and stress free. Not only did she help me find my perfect dress, but she made it relaxing and fun! She was extremely helpful and would give my group and I space to look at each dress individually and enjoy the moment between us without any pressure whatsoever! 1000% would recommend going to see Sierra at Olivia Bowen. She will not disappoint!

We had a great experience finding a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The dresses were all beautiful and Sierra was very helpful. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding dresses.

I would NOT recommend Olivia Bowen Bridal. It has to be the worst at customer service and communication. The experience my sister encountered is horrifying.The dress was ordered back in May and was promised mid January. January came and went until the store was contacted to ask and were told the dress was at the warehouse. Back and forth with the owner to pick up the dress as it was paid in full at time of the order in May. The dress was finally ready to pick up and the wedding is 25 days out! Totally unprofessional and absolute no regard for customer satisfaction. This experience was stressful and unnecessary for the bride. In fact the owner showed up 30 mins late after confirming and picking the time for the dress to be picked up. I would urge everyone and anyone to go elsewhere when choosing a bridal salon as this place needs to seriously consider attending a class on customer service and how to run a business especially when the dress received was not a new dress! It was filthy! When asked the bride was told it must have happened at the warehouse? Also the seamstress she said "would not have any issues fitting her in" was booked...when the bride said "yes to the dress" and picked her dress up no posts on social were put up-the only positive thing I can say is a new replacement dress was sent and after going back and forth for weeks leading up to and after reimbursement was made but it is absolutely unnecessary stress for a bride less than a month away especially when it was ordered and paid for way before....if you want to have an experience that is memorable and ideal- proceed with caution! I am appalled at the type of business practices this owner has- she should be ashamed and consider a different line of business! Not to mention the designers that carry the brand should look into who is representing no them!

I purchased my gown in May of 2023. Paid in full. I was told it could take 6-8 months for the dress to be made and sent out to her. In Oct of 2023 I reached out regarding appts for my dress fitting and also for seamstress. I was told not to worry her seamstress, Maria at Maria's tailoring would get me right in. I was also told my dress would be in mid January. Mid January comes around and I don't hear from Sierra. I text her asking about my dress. She replies she's at market and will check asap. A few days go by, still no update. On Feb 4 I text her again asking about my dress. She replied the next day it's at the warehouse ready to ship. I ask for tracking and to make an appt to pick up my dress. My dress ships on 2/6, arrives to her house on 2/9. (My wedding is 3/16). The FedEx shipping confirmation provides a picture of the dress being delivered. What a disgusting mess that garage was. And I know having kids can be messy. This was disgusting. Why is my dress being shipped to her home address and not her storefront? She tells me she is full on sat 2/10 and I can't come in. I happen to be in the area. She was closed on 2/10. Once again I have to blow up her phone to get a response about an appt to pick up my dress. I've had no fittings with the dress. Nothing. So finally on 2/13 she texts me my gown is in and says she's out the rest of the week. She will get me in the following week. She said she would text me her availability when she looks at her schedule on 2/14. Well Valentine's Day rolls around and she does not respond to my text message. 2/15 I sent her another message and she replies that she had surgery on 2/14. She finally agrees that I can come in on 2/19 to get my dress. Again trying to make an appointment is like pulling teeth with this lady. 2/19 rolls around and I arrived for our 11 o'clock appointment. The shop is closed and locked up. I text her that I'm there. She then text me back a short time later telling me she thought our appointment was at 11:30 and is on her way. She also called me while on her way to the salon to ask me to send a picture of my gown as two came in. She arrived at 11:28. Mind you, I have made an appointment for a reason. I get there and try on my gown. She lays out the train, etc. She put it in the garment bag with the seamstress information and I leave. A short time later I called Maria's tailoring and she tells me she cannot get me in whatsoever. I explained that I bought my dress from Olivia Bowen and she pretty much guaranteed that I would be able to get in with Maria. She was not able. I called two other places trying to get appointment with the seamstress to get my dress altered 26 days before my wedding. I also had a bridal photo shoot scheduled for 2/26. I had to cancel this and lose my deposit, because there was no way I could get my dress altered in time. I reached out to Sierra to let her know I was displeased with her lack of professionalism through the entire process. The series of events that happened that day, and now the Seamstress cannot get me in. She offered me another Seamstress that used to work with her. I ended up seeing a Seamstress that night. When laying out the train of my gown, she hands me the train, and shows me this black and grey filth on the entire train of the gown as if it were a floor sample. There was also grease splatters noted. I immediately started calling and texting Sierra to let her know that this dress could not be brand new. She swore the gown was brand new. I requested a new gown to be overnighted. So that evening I called Blanche and left a message with Nicole a retail supervisor as well as Sierra calling the next day. In the meantime, I had to have the current dress spot clean to get the grease spots out..$150 later. I finally hear from Sierra, they are overnighting me a brand new gown. I picked up the second gown, the new one on February 22. This dress was shipped to the store. 23 days before my wedding and now four days before a bridal photo shoot that I was told by Sierra not

Finding my dream wedding dress at this bridal boutique was an absolute delight! The attention to detail in the gown I chose is simply breathtaking, and it exceeded all my expectations. The owner's communication was excellent; she was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. What's more, the price for a designer gown was unbeatable, making my bridal experience even more magical. I couldn't recommend this boutique enough for any bride-to-be!
