Our passenger and front door were damaged from a hit and run. They got us in for a quote the next day, and were able to repair to look like the accident never happened! Our doors also had many creases on them by design, meaning it was not an easy job. Paint matches perfectly, and they were super professional and even cleaned my car before I picked it up! Also other 2 shops recommended to me were booking a month out . Here they got me in the next day and my car back to me before promised. Very happy / highly recommend and we will use again!

I took my car to Classic Collision to get fixed a couple of weeks ago. While I had my car there, I requested to have my rims, emblems and exhaust tips painted. The tech Matt and GM Chris was very patient with all my questions and requests. They are also very knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations. I got my car back yesterday and I absolutely love it. They even detailed my car before I picked it up. The service is amazing, they kept me updated throughout the process. The staff are all very polite and professional, including the receptionist and estimator. I highly recommend Classic Collision located on Lookout Terrace!!!

These guys are great at what they do.
I took my truck there on a Monday and it was ready by the Friday. I was kept in the loop with the insurance and most of all, my time in the shop was at a maximum total time of 10-15 minutes.
The insurance Geico set up the drop off time and all I did was sign the paperwork and within 5 minutes I was out the door, thanks to the nice lady at the front desk. When my car was finished, they called and gave me a pick up time, I got there and the service guy was prompt to show me everything that was done, within 10 minutes I was driving off with my truck looking like bran-spanking new.
Ok here is what I did not like, one tiny itsy bitsy thing that struck the smallest ear bone in my body. When I am handed a piece of paper and told that a 10 review is important to the shop, I get a bit cautious. I bout a house (D. R. Horton) and was told the exact same thing and 10 years later I am realizing that everything that was used to build the house was off the cheapest quality and the workmanship was not of the best quality.
Your shop however got the 10, because you deserve it.
They have CLEAN Bathrooms that smelled good, I know its a new building because it looked great in and out.

Technician and quality manager lack attention to detail. After having my vehicle for 22 days they failed to paint a section that was documented in post crash pictures, glued the vehicle make on less than square, would not repair a sensor telling me that it could not break due to the result of a crash, and told me the scratches on my paint were due to air flow between the cab and bed. I regretfully had them paint a section that delaminated and ended up with many defects in the paint. Classic Collision paid for my rental car on the second time that they were fixing the paint but did not setup payment for the rental and put Enterprise in a tough spot with me standing in their office, late for work.
