The website is horrible.You can’t place an order.I was told when calling the Savannah store (only phone number)I’m so sorry I guess we’ll see you when you’re in town again. Nope! It’s 7 hours to Savannah and 3 to Melbourne.I was a loyal customer since November 2018. I have referred so many people and bought so much product for gifts in the past 5 years .I’m not spending a fortune on gas and my time. The person on the phone was the deal breaker. If you can’t do an over the phone order that’s more than $150 then I will find a company to take your place. You were great while you lasted and your products are great but you can thank inadequate service and rude employees when you go under.

I picked up the shampoo and conditioner bar and 10/10 recommend! I Have been a Morroccan Oil ride or die fan for years and I am on day 3 of no wash and my hair is no where NEAR it normally is with oiliness. Whe u washed my hair the night before and brushed it out, it looked like I had a blow out! Additionally, I bought a bath bomb for my son, he will be 2 I'm April, and he loved it! Hos hair was SO soft! We jave been struggling woth a dry patch for the last year and no shampoo or conditioner would touch it accept loading tjat spot with Morroccan oil!

Bought a few bath bombs to try-- they smelled so good but not overpowering. And got to sample a salt scrub which left my hands SO SO soft for hours. Unreal. Lovely handmade items and so glad I bought.

amazing product that I will continue to stand by, it's about customer service. was in Melbourne excited to experience the shop all the way from North Carolina. asked some questions to the women working and not sure if i caught her in bad day. didn't want to be bothered with any of my questions. was rude to my mother who was asking about a sidewalk event in which the store was apart of. overall such a let down for something I had looked forward to doing. was charged for a shower steamer when I have attached the picture that says "free with purchase". Didn't even want to go back to have another interaction with worker. Just disappointed. Will stick to online orders.

The products never disappoint! I have used nourish for facial, body, and hair care for years with absolutely no complaints. On the contrary, the management is really awesome. They offer coupons that you can pick up at other nearby businesses, a Yelp reward for a free bath fizzy when you check-in, and different workshops every month. If you join their loyalty program, there are rewards, sales, and you get one item at half-off during your birthday month. I almost always use it on their facial serum, which has done wonders! Even though there isn't a way to sample some of the products, like the shampoo and conditioner bars, I vouch for them! My hair stopped falling out, frizzing, and has its old shine back from before I started dying it. Products range from $5-$25, which can seem above average, but they last forever and work great! There are always new products too - for instance, this month they debuted lucky soap for March with mystery monetary amounts in the middle.

We LOVE the store in Savannah. The customer care we received yesterday was awesome! Google has NOTHING on these ladies and their knowledge on these products and how to use them, including the benefits. We are definitely looking forward to going back.

What a lovely experience ?. Dessarae was super informative with all the different products they carry and took initiative to come educate on the fun products they carry with a light and mellow demeanor. Bought gifts for my sister so not sure on the quality of the things quite yet. But a five star experience for sure!!
