I came to this store on Monday April 17th at 7:40 P.M. to buy the ingredients for salad. I wanted to buy first one thick slice of Bologna meat in the department to the left from the entrance. No employees I found by the counter. I waited for 7 minutes, and nobody appeared. Then I decided to buy other ingredients meanwhile and to return after meat later. In 25 minutes I was back at the relevant department. Still it was empty: no employees. Then I saw a figure of a tall man behind the glass and called him by waving hands. Afroamerican male of 35-40 years came out and told me they are closed since 8 P.M. (5 minutes ago) But, I asked, why nobody could help me at 7:40 ? He repeated, "we closed". I left the cart with the rest of products in it unpaid as the equipment didn't work properly, and yet the main ingredient wasn't bought, as the service is so bad. Poor experience, and 40 minutes of my lost time in total (with a 4 months baby waiting for me at home). This is not the only bad luck at this place, just with a little baby I am appreciating my time as never before and probably will never return.

Come on man. One register open at 6 pm seriously? Management. Wake up!!!! What is wrong with this place. Workers standing around doing nothing while lines are all backed up. Horrible.

We have been patrons of this grocery store version of Walmart since I was between jobs in 2006 and we needed to "tighten our belts". The selection of products is good, but not 5 star. Produce in general is an area that needs work with Strawberries and Blueberries in particular often pathetically dried up/shriveled/even moldy. This must be a good place to work as we see many of the same people that were working for the store in 2006! If you find a staff member and ask for assistance they are friendly and usually helpful. So many people switched to curbside pickup or delivery with Covid-19, that they did away with quite a few of the cashier registers and replaced them with self service checkouts. They try to have 2 people walking around assisting people that are having trouble with the self service registers. We did our own comparison shopping, taking the same weekly shopping list here and to Publix, and the savings here (even with Publix's BOGOs) was in the $15 - $20 range on a $100 grocery list. We were among switched to Curbside Pickup and encountered our pet peeve (it's really with Walmart's online ordering system). You need to place your order days in advance, then 45 minutes prior to pickup (or home delivery if you choose that option) you receive an email telling you that some of the items were out of stock, so the software told the pickers to make substitutions and you have until 30 minutes prior to pickup to accept or refuse the substitutions. We even try to "educate" the software (and human pickers) by ordering preferred choices for example both apple and blueberry mini pies and both French Vanilla and Homemade Vanilla ice cream. You would think after about 50 times ordering both pairings either the human pickers or the software would figure out what to substitute when say apple pies or homemade vanilla are out. That rarely happens though, and even if the peach pie or odd flavor of ice cream is refused by say 8:30 am for a 9:00 am pick up/delivery it does not always get removed. For Curbside Pickup this can be resolved on the spot, but for delivery you have to contact the store for a refund.

Delivery service been delayed since January 1 Paid almost $100 for the service. My current order was to be delivered by 10 to 11. It is now 1:30 and the store has not picked the items. My last two orders were also delayed

So, I know it's been over five years, but I need to just tell the world at long last why this Walmart will always be 5-stars to me...when I started college, I didn't have a job or a car or any connections in the area. I ended up finding a way to save up just enough for a bike. It didn't come assembled, so I started dragging the huge box back to campus on my own. An employee saw this, took her break, and picked me up with my giant bike-in-a-box so I wasn't lugging it around in pouring rain. Ma'am, I'm sure you're not working there anymore. I never even caught your name. But I think about that day a lot now that I'm a college graduate with my own car. The bike didn't even work past a month, but what you did for me really helped. Thanks Walmart, I guess!

If you like your circus , then stay there. I don't like the typical Walmart environment, and that's why I avoid it any costs. I 've always had a super experience with the staff and stock at the WM Neighborhood Market. They're friendly, decent , and clean. So, not everything is available (I.e. the deli 4-Italian Prima Della, etc..). But I'm really okay with the slightly reduced offerings. The employees make up for most stock-related deficits. Just sayin'!!!

I need an option for negative stars. The customers who shop here are jerks, and the clerks aren't much better. Had my cart with groceries stolen twice. The manager lets dogs in who obviously are NOT helper animals. Folks cutting in line at the self checkout. Today I'm there with one item and another customer has decided to carry on a conversation with the checkout clerk with no sign it was about to end as he had her cornered behind the counter. So I grabbed my one item and went to another checkout which had its light on. No one there. The chatty katty customer sarcastically said "Well someone is in a hurry". Floridians I'm finding out are jerks. I says to the j**** if you're done paying for your purchase, move on so other customers can complete their shopping. Which resulted in more sarcastic comments.

My family and I shop at the Melbourne, FL/Babcock Walmart Neighborhood Market every week. The main reason for this, aside from the large selection of products, is one particular cashier named Jennifer. She is a great cashier and just a pleasant person to be around. I always buy a large cart-full of food, and she never looks or sound disappointed to see such a massive heap of groceries. And my 6 y/o daughter looks forward to seeing her and giving her a hug every week. The other cashiers are good, too... but Jennifer is just such a kind, polite, and welcoming person to be around. We love her.

I know Walmart gets a bad rap in the media but this one is awesome! It's not the typical Walmart but rather a grocery-only store. I've never heard of these until I came to this location. The prices are always the best in the area and they have tons of good products and selections. Not to mention it's so close to where I live! It's a win-win situation.
