First time coming here today , got the best wash they offered. For $27 it didn’t wow me … felt that the wash could of been better if that was their best one , supposed to come with tire shine they look the same. They have free vacuums which is nice if they would actually reach your car , no sort of towels to clean your car with so If you plan on cleaning your interior bring your own cleaning supplies. First time here & I won’t come back , I rather drive 30mins to my usual car wash where they offer the full package & your car leaves spotless.

Vacuums are too far away from when you pull up. Wanted my interior done but no option was presented when I said I haven’t been before I assumed they don’t do interior. Staff was nice.

Update 6/22/2024 Same old story. Confusing hand signals and this time someone was 6" off my bumper behind which was actually an improvement. Bring towel to dry.
Update 6/3/2024: I think there needs to be a hand signal class and they need to be performed with more vigor. I often can't understand what they want me to do. Also, today a car behind me was run through the car wash 3 inches off my bumper. I'm not exaggerating! Maybe allow a little more space between cars. Otherwise fine.
Forgot to bring my towel to dry the car

Mister on Wickham used to be awesome but over the last month or so, the dryers don't work. Like at All. I have to keep a towel in my car then once out of the drive thru wash, pull over and dry it myself.
I asked what was up and they said they are getting (maybe already have by now idk) new big dryers.
Of course this is now a "Paid" service so guess us folk who can't afford more than the $19.99 monthly membership don't get our vehicles dried anymore?!
Messed up, guys. I'm jus say'n.
If I get my oil changed here regularly and pay for the washes, don't ya think I deserve my car dried as well?
Maybe I'm just being unreasonable. Hmphf.
UPDATE:
The folks at Mister reached out via email to apologize and say they will make this right.. but Nothing since. So. It's kinda obvious, they don't 'really' care. I guess they make enough money without listening to the people on how they can make their business a bit better. Ah, well, getting out in the sun and doing the wash myself is a much better option anyway. Best to all.

5/1/2024Updated Review - They have since removed the interior cleaning. Now it's just a regular car wash, so disappointed.
Very impressed - I have the $59/month package and I come often. My car remains new looking and the attention to detail by the cleaners is impressive. Sometimes I wish more attention would be paid to the glass surfaces (windshields, windows, mirrors, etc) but it's almost always 10/10.

Haven't used this place for years. I thought I would try it again as it's the closest carwash to me. Disappointed is an understatement! They used to spray something on the vehicle for bugs, which didn't happen. I was asked if I wanted to tip the tunnel person, which I did. Honestly, I don't know why, because they just stand there and do nothing. Overall, the wash was okay. I didn't realize how much drying by hand I had to do. My cloths got wet, so it helped with cleaning the bugs off. The wheels were 30% clean. I had to rub everyone one of them. Sorry, but you need to try harder if you want my business again. The vacuums worked well, but I was the only one there using them.

Awful- paid 38.00 for an exterior and had no idea they now do not do the inside. I will continue to go beachside where they do a top notch job!! Oh and I have 5.00 tip when they asked me if I wanted to tip- all because I thought they were doing interior. Such a SCAM. And went thru machine and still spots and bugs. Do not go here.

Went to Mr. Car wash in Melbourne on Wickham road to get rid of dead bugs on front of my car. Got to the ordering screen there was a very nice young lady there who informed me of the options and I selected my wash. She asked if I wanted to tip.
When I got to the tunnel I asked the young man to please brush the front of the car and he informed me that they don't do brushes here, I asked can you spray the bug remover liquid he informed me that it does not work but said I could go through again if there are still bugs on the car. There are no buckets, sponges or glass spray bottles by the vacuums and they don't suck very well to boot!
Once upon a time this was a premier car wash ( Top Dog car wash).
It is now expensive, poor quality and only 2 employees to work the car wash.
What a waste of an great business model and a poor use of valuable property.
I am looking forward to Tommy's car wash opening down the road to see if they do a better execution of the very profitable car wash industry.

Purchased the monthly pass, already used it several times. Worth the cost if you travel a lot.
